Laila was introduced along with Rudra.she plays a significant part in Rudra's life.his youth, his vulnerability is awakened by her.
Paro came in later.and Mind you Paro has yet to find a place in Rudra's heart like Laila.

She was very much part of his life and she was his for taking.what Laila did to Rudra is very apt.who will like her lover seen with another woman. She did what she had to do.
I liked her for the fact that she responded like any other hot blooded female losing her territory to a ohter female.it is good thing that Paro still has her eyes left.

I thought I'd type out a nice reply. But I can see in the comments that it won't be received very well.

Let me just say this: what id Laila and Paro swapped places. What if Paro was the exact same woman driven to- well, prostitution, due to life situations. You may argue that they are not the same kind of women. But how much of Laila's life do we know?

For me, RR isn't another soap. It's storytelling. I want to be confused, but not in the redundant way they're doing it. All characters need to be "people" and not just plot devices. There are plot devices to BE plot devices.

Does everyone remember a certain Lavanya? Yeah... when she left, I loved her. Laila isn't Lavanya, I know. But can we please get a nuanced representation?

Okay cool. But please, I don't want this to be a story of convenience. This has to be a story of convincing conflicts.

And no. People aren't "considering" Laila for Rudra. If one says that they've kinda missed the point. I'll just be happy being called "stupid", rather than accept plain, flat teenage-targeted romance.

Oh yes...I remember Lavanya well...and loved her!! Quite rare for the other woman to be shown in a positive light...IPK was a trend breaker that way...

But Laila's story doesn't interest me...She appears too raw, and too street for me...

In any case...she is as important to the story as Rudy's past...so I am sure she will be back...Parud can not fully sort their feelings ...without going through Laila's chapter...

Exactly, this is not

Exactly. This is not a love triangle and I hope it doesn't be one one at any point. When you show two people so well connected that they can sense each other's presence, read each other's thoughts, understand each other's motives and anticipate each other's action, there should be no other person in their relationship.

Who called you stupid? I didn't call ANYONE stupid for that matter, I called the idea of Laila and Rudra together stupid. Please don't put words into my mouth. Tell me this, are you rooting for Laila (to be with Rudra)?

Okay, sorry for misunderstanding you. It wasn't my intention to hurt you.

But are you really asking me that question? 😆 Yes. I love that poison-mixing, dagger wielding girl, who appeared for 5 episodes, that too in flashes. Totally.

Well for me, the relationship between Rudra and Laila was somewhat unique. Yes it was based upon sex primarily, but there was also an attachment. In the previous episodes, it was revealed that Laila knew, to an extent, about Rudra's past. He and her were friends, not just sexual partners. He confided in her. If anything, I think she was the second woman in his life after his mother left. 8 years in a long time to spend with someone. I think he at least owed to tell her that he was getting married instead of her finding out through other means. Or at least owed her to let her know that they were finished. I'm not saying that Laila and her behaviour were in the right. But he did owe her some semblance of an explanation. They were friends to an extent.

And as for relating. I didn't necessarily relate to her. But I'm assuming that many girls who had a one-sided love could probably relate. Laila did love Rudra but she also knew not to expect anything from him. The only thing she expected was that he wouldn't get married. It's not a far fetched idea, the Rudra she knew hated women, aside from herself, and never entangled himself with relationships. And in return she gave him everything, companionship and love. And as for indulging, I think Rudra is also to blame at that point. It was a weird messed up relationship that obviously was not going anywhere but at the same time did progress.

I'm just a little disappointed with the way they've made her so one dimensional right now. Like you sad, they could've handled her character better.

Perhaps he owed her some sort of explanation, but even Laila said, she saw thirst in Rudra's eyes for Paro...the second woman after his mother. She knows Rudra never felt like that for her. I agree with everything else you said. Yeah Laila could have been a more interesting character, now she's just a vamp. But I'm not complaining, because it just makes it easier for PaRud to be together lol. And that's all I want.

we

but why sush , we started hating laila even before the poison incident ,
i think choices that a person makes defines a person , past defines a person
laila was a very significant part of rudra's life , i dont find laila too street , but if she is then rudra choose to be with her
to put it simply it is more about rudra than about laila , that is why she is important

laila let me put in a todays urban context , someone is living in with another person , for eight years for the simple reason the other person explicitly stated his issues with marriage

will the partner dare to marry without informing his live in partner , cos it is different
or can we say he always said so
will the partner be okay with it
marriage is not the only relationship , and year 8 yrs is even legally bound these days
@Exprimere
you are having fun arent you

Tell me about it 😆 I mean, if there's ever a top 10 list of Laila supporters, I'd be on it. But does that mean I want Laila and RUDRA to get married? Hell, no!
