Paro could have run into the award ceremony. When she enters and she wants to call Rudra, she is interrupted by Rudra's boss and he invites her to sit in the front. She sees him getting the badge, listens to the speech with pride...she is just looking at him with a new vision of being her childhood friend ...he i fully distracted by her presence...but manages to deliver the speech...:)...after the speech...he gets surrounded by people congratulating him but is desparately wanting to talk to her...they keep coming near but get pulled by someone else for some thing or the other...finally, his pics are being taken by the press...and in the team pic...Paro is also asked to stand with them...next to Rudra...as she finaally clarified and made it clear that Rudra's actions were true...
after the pic Paro congratulates him...he reluctantly agrees but wwhen he ses the doll, he looses it and takes her to a separate room and scolds her...there she could give the bashan of the doll belonging to her...but still she just says what is...and does not propose...when he scolds her real bad...she is dejected and she goes away...

would you have liked to see this?

i didnt like this...marry me bcoz i am your one time friend thing...even if she was his friend who helped him that day...and their names match...and he filled her maang accidentally with blood...how does it mean she starts thinking of him as her pati ... couldnt relate to this Paro at all...my bad !

I loved what they showed because it wasn't about Paro all of a sudden falling in love, it was about her feeling a connection to Rudra on a deeper level. Paro is a village girl who was ready to get married because the snake drank from her bowl so 'being in love' is not really on her list of priorities for marriage. However the doll connection and his name being one of Shivji's and then the fact that he came in her dreams night after night and that even when he wasn't there his Rudraksh protected her is what's made her believe that this is meant to be. When I first saw the episode I thought it was love (which worked fine for me) but after watching it a second time I see it as a deeper connection, almost devotional, which like the song playing suggested, made her oblivious to all around her except Rudra. I thought the scene was more beautiful because it happened in public..just imagine what depth of emotions would make a village girl run into a crowded room and tell a man what was going on in her heart and ask him to marry her.

Hey nice scenario there!

I definitely feel they could have put more THEHRAAV into that moment and spaced it out...like that initial bit when Rudra sees her showing up there and walks to her like in a trance...they could have shown more of that connection simply by showing them looking at each other rather than having the big speech right there and then...

It all got a little too much, a little too fast in my opinion. Paro may have realized her feelings but her expecting Rudra to do the same instantly and just marry her cuz she feels it's right shows how little she really knows him.

I wish she wiuld hv heard his speech.. But I m okay with the rest of the epi.. Bcoz that is the paro as I understand her.. Impulsive, innocent, fiercely loyal.. And her realization of love was more for her bholenath n her faith in Him, in rudra's form.. Hope I m making sense :)
Beautiful post!

@bold: Good point and true...Paro is viewing this in a divine form but then she can't realistically expect everyone to view things as simply as she does...someone has to give her a reality check...Rudra is not God...he's a flawed human being no matter how much she chooses to venerate him as her savior...and it seems inevitable that she will learn this the harsh way...when the initial glow and high of her love realization starts wearing off a bit.

Agreed.. She cant expect everyone to view things as she does.. Especially not rudra.. Not rt nw.. Bt nw she wl make him understand, by understanding him.. She wl gv him time, bt nt gv up.. Her essence is her faith in bholenath, ab unka signal mil gaya toh yrh toh hoke hi rahega..

I think the only thing that the epi established ws her belief n perception of the situation.. Rudra's reaction is a completely different topic 😊

I am Ok with Paro's proposal and even to some extent the public one (since only then BSD can interfere and force Rudra into accepting her). But her speech was a little too much for me to digest! They could have taken it slow! Some of it at least could have been done privately! I kind of flinched when she was going on and on infront of the whole crowd about the doll. But then when is logic a big thing in these serials! I loved Sanaya's and Ashish's acting. She portrayed the lovestruck paro perfectly and he did a wonderful job as Rudra who was battling between his rational mind and irrational thoughts!
