I still can't believe that I am this late. The first thing I saw after going to the link provided by your pm was those 5 pages after the update and I have been cursing myself since then for not paying much attention.
I had been desperately waiting for the yesterday part and to be honest, was quite disappointed to see tomorrow being the first. But was I disappointed with the update? Hell no!
Dilsher has been a prominent character in the show since the very beginning. I still wonder why this poor character was brutally axed right in the middle of the drama. Surely he is to return in the show, but this prolonged coma track has me pretty upset. And just when you are missing the lovely dilly boy in the show, repentance shows up and gives you a full dose of a much needed monologue! I am impressed.
I loved the way you described Parvati's devotion through Dilsher's emotions. He knows how ruthless his son when it comes to parvati and understands his every action. I understand how hard It would have been for him to corner the stubborn jailor (read Rudra!) and advice him to control his over brimming protectiveness regarding her.
Just loved the part where he talks about parvati's dark circles. Lustful animal, eh? Well I have no doubts! The one fact that touched my heart was that Dilsher did not harbor negative feelings towards Mala . he accepts the fact that she had left him desolate, brought shame and misery to their family but thankfully has moved on. He trusts parvati and respects her loyalty, not once doubtful regarding the treacherous beauty that had haunted him once. And he accepts that the young toddlers have their grandmother's eyes. And seriously navin, I just love you for that.
Your parvati is just too organized. Everything is planned out I believe. This must have been an excuse for her to leave to meet Laila in the prison. Every detail was intricately described and had a lovely effect altogether. The mandir atmosphere was almost real, all thanks to this beautiful writing of yours.
Needless to say, I am waiting for the next update. Give us a glimpse of yesterday please, but anyway even if its tomorrow, I won't mind.
And yes, thanks for the pm.😛
