Thank you for making this post,it has cleared my misconceptions about Rudra's actions today 😊 I had been thinking that Rudra probably wants to prove paro as the culprit and turn her out of his house,that's y he asked her to do something which he was sure she would refuse. But as u pointed out,Rudra remembering Paro's words after he left the room,had a special significance. When Paro will agree to this marriage,not only will Rudra start believing Paro,his ego too will take a hit as he'll realise that Paro truly wants his forgiveness and not him.
