The amount of mocking posts on show here proves that certain people aren't mature enough to handle different views.

mocking/insulting posts only show the mirror to one's personality.

see, this show must go. primarily because they fooled the viewers by promising something lavish and entertaining ...

Now we have the regular saas-bahu silly kitchen politics...1 angry hero, 1 villain, 1 heroine who cannot help crying or looking fragile, 1 evil step mom-in-law...

haven't we seen it all before? the TRP's are the proof. you may argue that trp's don't matter but numbers do matter every where.

the lead pair have no chemistry...thanks largely to the in-competence of female lead who can not shoulder the responsibility of the show as an independent lead.

she works best with multiple leads.

there is no mockery of your views, there is difference of opinions.

you very well realize that fans of Sanaya will never agree with your statements above, for the reasons that made them Sanaya fans in the first place.

people who are not fans of sanaya have long quit watching the show, same goes for non-fans of ashish.

so why fight an uphill battle in a forum where everyone congregates to celebrate their favorites? I can totally understand your POV, as in, you don't find Sanaya very impressive in the show. That is perfectly fine opinion to have and its your prerogative.

However, none of the posts you've made so far proves beyond reproach that Sanaya and Sanaya alone is responsible for weak TRPs. You agree that the story is weak, you've noted your list of complaints about the story line (1 hero, 1 villain, sas bahu politics, boring same story etc), none of which are Sanaya's personal faults.

Lets not confuse issues here. You don't like Sanaya's acting as Paro - fair enough. I can respect that pov.

However, lets not conflate her acting with low TRPs because the bigger package of RR is not Sanaya's responsibility or under her control. She brought in a huge set of fans with her to RR, that was the idea when the PH hired her. Her die-hard fans will continue to like her work, however irrationally you might think. But the show's success does not rest on her alone.

Lets assume that RR is a failure. You've made your point and some would agree with you. Good enough, you can't go on changing everyone's pov on a forum of 2000+ people. Heck, even shows with mightiest TRP history have its naysayers.

When you made this post, did you believe everyone to simply nod in agreement? Ofc, you opened yourself to different povs and some posts degenerating to mockery. I repeat with 2000+ people, how can we expect everyone to congregate on a point?

I've shared the same post with rockystar29 when he/she stated this in his/her posts. Ofc, these get ignored because the idea was never to have a debate but to mock and mockery you got in return.

Maybe SJ, this is a trick for new RR forum members to read such negative posts before following the show itself? They would get discouraged and not watch the show at all? Is this the super lame rationale for making such persistently obtuse posts, which make me wonder if the TM and I watch the same show?

Hello Ladies,

I came here to read this and cursed with a big mouth, I had to butt in, I apologize in advance if I offend anybody.

The way I see it, RR is providing entertainment on the telly and on this forum, serving the basic purpose. So if a TheSnowman has a view on the show so does Exprimere and SJ. Both are not wrong or right, they have an opinion and are voicing it. Everything is acceptable as long as it sticks to voicing opinions and not dictating terms. Leave the policing to the fundamentalists of the world, let us be entertained.

I will speak for myself, I will watch RR on Colors TV and I will watch The Killing on Star World, the two programs are as different as chalk and cheese. They cater to my different entertainment needs. Cliches and oft repeated plots are a given in the world of Indian television programs, and I don't think that is all bad. The choice is ours to view or not, no one compels us to do anything. So if someone does not agree with you that does not make them stupid or you intelligent.

A word of friendly advice to TheSnowman, you do want to be heard and I am sure people will do that if you were to choose your words well. After all it is not only what you say but how to you say it that is important. I particularly like SJ's posts as they are humorous and poke fun at the serial. Coming to think of it you both are highlighting the flaws in the show. You are free to tell me to buzz off as I would not mind, as we live in a free country and are allowed our bit of freedom to speak.

At the risk of being repetitive, let us be entertained and not get drawn into battles that tire you out and don't leave a good taste in your mouth.

K
