BANG ON post Eve!!! Well analyzed and to the point!!
Even I have had difficulty in understanding why Laila has been getting so much sympathy when she is a particular type of woman whose profession is to entertain men with no strings attached. Simple, isn't it?I also particularly liked your view that just because Laila is a woman she has to get the sympathy however bad she behaves?! Laila I am sure has entered into this profession knowing some facts. Whether she was coerced into it ot not is not even a point here. The fact that she was happy entertaining the men is all that counts.
which profession , was i watching another show , she is a dancer and she has been in a relationship with rudra (only rudra) for 8 years
He has more to give, but not to her. He cannot give her more cause she does not evoke or invoke those passions in him. The fact is she did not hold the key. She could not unleash that side of him in eight long years. She was just not the right person for it, or may be she didn't have the right attitude.Originally posted by: CravingKhana
Eve sad to say I disagree not in calling her a vamp but the rest ...
he was ready to give her only so much and she was willing to accept that ..but now she discovers he has more to give ...and that riles her cos he did not have the balls to spell it out ...
now one was coercing anyone rudra too went willingly ...and yes she is scorned and she is spewing venom ...and she threatens to hurt rudra (fantastic scene by the way both did brilliant there)
Your calling a spade a spade is quite chilling...she may have been the woman that he slept with and she may have enjoyed it but they have showed that she yearned for more ...to say that a mistress does not deserve more ...is?????
Carnal satisfaction without feelings...er c'mon ...
and yes we discuss her injustice cos that is what is leading her to feel this rage ...the anger thats taking her this far ...
if not she was quite happy to dance for Paro's wedding ...
she was an ordinary woman who enjoyed her life till she felt the threat of losing it ...

The insinuations that she is of course a prostitute ...so be it she is onewhy pray is she not entitled to feel?..and she is particular type of woman ...is that not a a bit archaic...
I do feel sorry for Rudra, very much, now he has to endure the havoc that Laila will unleash (please someone kill this girl and put her out of her misery) but I cant say Rudra is not wrong for going back to the same woman who has made no attempt to hide anything. If Paro hadn't appeared Rudra would have been happy ignoring feelings and staying with woman who asks questions but is happy with no answers. I cant say he didnt expect insecurity because she has made no attempt to hide it. What he didnt expect was the the fact that his dead heart would start beating and that Laila's insecurity would come back to haunt him. He thought the status quo he has with Laila would continue for a long time uninterrupted as long as he ignored some uncomfortable aspects about her. He was happy with it,as it was, thats his fault. It would not even been a problem had Paro not appeared. But life had other ideas for him. He should have run from her the minute she started getting other ideas about their relationship.
I think in this situation till now neither are wrong..not Laila not Rudra..it was life, circumstances, the situations it creates and consequences of those. But from here on, since Laila has willingly donned her new avatar , she will be wrong. How convenient for CVs!!😆 As is the case with all vamps, she is doing her bit to push Rudra more and more towards Paro! she is bringing questions that he hasnt even thought of! Same old plot tool! CVs, something new please!I wish they would just let Laila vanish quietly, we already have Kaki and Thakur and Rudra's mom's past to deal with. Thats more than we can handle!!

Again buddies...this is not about her being a dancer or a hooker or whatever her profession be...its all about the clear and honest understanding between a couple..she was not promised anything and so should not be expecting more. If Paro would have been in Rudra's shoes and she be the one to want to get out...then Rudra would have happily let her go. And that exactly was the understanding between them.
true tangy , but i have an issue with this category of women wordokay i will step the boundary here , we have fan clubs for dancers here and categorize women
i dont have a issue if rudra doesnt fall for laila love is not something that can be reciprocated to all in the same intensity , my issue is why is it she doesnt even deserve a explanation or sympathy
