Bang on the bonding Rudra feels with Paro. He said it the way he would have told somebody who he is very much comfortable with - like Aman for eg: Somebody who is on his side and is always loyal. Little does he know Paro's feelings are not so consistent like his. She stands by him against others like Kakisa but when they are alone she is always at loggerheads with him (no wonder though. Anybody in her place would have done the same thing)

He on the other hand - jumps to protect her always. Always pushes her behind him and positions himself in the harm's way. Almost sure she is innocent (though subconsciously) Bought bangles for her - I am sure this was not part of the revenge. And his sensual removal of the necklace was more a response to her "Don't touch me"

Poor Rudra - what else can I say ?

Wonder what he will do if Paro dares him to do more than hold her hand

Just a stray thought - what if Rudra is not Disher's son ? What if that is the suspense !! ?? The non resemblance with Dilsher is striking but then so is the one between Danveer and Sumer :-(

Yes that is a very viable thought at this point. More so because Dilsher alludes to the non-resemblance in a previous episode: "Except for my face he is a photocopy of me." So yes it seems that the CVs are leaving room for manoeuvre. Either red herring or actual fact, the latter justifying to an extent the Thakurain's desertion and desire to take along her son.

Hey Sabs..🤗... Your talent leaves us poor readers speechless😳

Thakurain's scenes didn't leave any impact for me. I know the actress is experienced & good, but other than her scenes with Paro, she doesn't have the spark for some reason. Her remorse, guilt and yearning for her child fell flat. It was like she was reading the script her words were bereft of emotions.

But the car scene was beautiful. She glides the window down and asks if they can go... & he is transported down memory lane to another time, place & person. The heartbreaking anguish on Rudra's face. It left him momentarily stunned. The unfocused, dazed way he indicates for them to continue on. As though without wanting to he is allowing someone dear to him to go far away again. Ashish as usual nailed it with the broken look.

Thakurain is the main base of the entire story. All the tracks merge with her. More than PaRud story, the mother-son tale is what I'm looking forward it...the angst, tragedy of open hatred hidden yearning for love, it will be bitters sweet torture, the tumult of emotions that will come rolling out...we are in for one awesome ride...& Ashish will do justice to his role.

About the romantic scene...you have said it all:

Parud are gentle yet electric. I love their tit for tat.😆

The scene was sensuous to the core... The cv's gave it just the right blend of sensuality, subtle yet powerful, without showing overt manhandling. Every time he captures her wrist he cradles rather than grabbing with might & force. There is a delicacy in the way he unclasps the necklace using feathered touches along her nape. The tide of passion was riding strong.

Irrespective of their reason for coming together, the underlying force of their growing attraction is raging through them at the most basic level as a man and a woman.

They attempt to make the others life hell in proximity, yet their own emotions betray when they are up close and personal. Neither can deny nor keep themselves from giving in in those tantalizing moments.

Paro's feeble attempt to maintain the distance with the 'don't touch me', was futile, even he knew it. And the way he closed in her, invaded her space, overpowered her physically as well as her senses..her tightly closed eyes and affronted reaction when he retorts with 'who wants to touch you anyway' more than convey how well he has gotten under her skin.

The bangle scene: He is trying everything to get her emotions to revolt against him and his behavior, suhag ki nishaani, the jallad as her huby for life. (in between he drops the little hint of what she could give him😆)...I love this pic...it speaks more than a thousand words (if bhtatkti aathma hadn't interrupted)...both were completely lost for a few moments...☺️

Lovely writeup as always. thanks.
I felt that Thakurain/Danveer convo lacked emotions, it was very weak. Sadiya was not in her element at all.
Liked the rest of the episode. And about the PaRud scene, it just burned my tv screen, i'm sure they're going to be the next it couple on tv.

Sofna! 🤗 Thank you, you are too kind. Some great insights here:
@Car scene: Beautiful description, and love how you've captured the nuances of Rudra's expressions.
@Thakurain the main base of the story: You said it! Absolutely agreed. It all starts with her, leads back to her and will end with her (i.e. how Rudra's relationship with her is resolved, and he is healed).
@ Paro's don't touch me and his who wants to anyway: Great point. Interesting that when she hissed at him, his hand checked, involuntarily fell back. And then he deliberately advanced again. It's not in his nature to force unwilling women. And he was scrupulous to not touch her more than the task required. And her affront when he said "who wants to anyway" gives a glimpse into her feelings for him, her expectations of him.
@ the Pic: It does indeed say it all. He's asking her for a gift in return - an equal participation. Embarrassed😃 The realisation of the breath-taking implications of his request must have just sunk in. No wonder they are lost in the moment, in one another. Damn Kakisa and her over-sensitive antennae for love-making couples. 😆

Thank you Malini, for your kind appreciation. 😃 It was a pleasure.
I'm sure PaRud are knocking all other current IT couples off their perches - I doubt there's one out there that can stand up to their chemistry even this early into the serial.
