Two words and what an impact!! Husky...sexy..baritone...filled with masked concern. Two words that hold a world of bashful caring. He was worried...for her. His next sentence..koi badtameezi toh naa kii usne?? Just show the progress these two have made.
Somewhere he was just glad that he made it on time, that he was there to intervene. He had noticed her distress, her discomfort. And kudos to Rudra that he restrained himself from hitting out at Sumer. His body emanated fury, yet he controlled his anger, realizing the precarious situation it would put Paro and himself in. His smart brain recognized the fact that he needs to play it down. His possessive stance over Paro has started emerging. He has started feeling territorial about the girl. His protective instincts so far have been hidden from all, especially from Paro, but today he just couldn't stop himself. Contrary to all his efforts, his priority, her safety, came out in the open. He had to ask whether she was okay, making sure about her mental and physical well being. His voice laced with unmasked concern took Paro by surprise. She was like...What?? Did I hear it right?? He cares??? And what followed next was epic Rudra 🤣...damn it girl now this is a certified question...answer it!! Koi badtameezi to naa ki ussne...had me going all awww. Major Rudra Sa you have started becoming a bit human..all thanks to the little elf in front of you!!
What stood out was also their changing equation. The way they were comfortable communicating with each other. From hostile enemies to allies in a strange war, relationships have started taking a new meaning. They are learning to fight together, shoulder to shoulder, instead of pitting their wits against each other. They have actually started talking and surprise..surprise...understanding each other. And a lot of times the words unspoken, were understood. They could read each other's silences now. Intuitive towards each other's thoughts, they are finally emerging from the storm that hit them unawares.
Also notable was Major Sa's slow yet steady progress towards trust. During his convo with Aman, when his innate honesty forced him to admit, that Paro was not what he had initially suspected, to the Hairy Idiot on the Prowl incident, Rudra realized that he can trust her.Somehow, knowing how prejudiced Rudra is against beautiful women, I was afraid Paro was going to be blamed for the Sumer fiasco, but it was such a pleasant surprise to see him concerned for Paro instead.
Coming back to those two out of this world, soft yet strong words...Theek Hai??!! Yup Major she will be fine as long as you are around to take care of her. And till you are around to protect and possess her...hum sab bhi theek hai!!😃
