Paro goes to apologize to Rudra for having said/done something that has hurt him. But she takes the apology back when Rudra says that her sister and other women across the border are suffering hell. Paro says that she had thought she was cause of his misery and she was sorry- but she is not as he is saying lies about her sister. He is a stone hearted ruthless man and he will always be lonely.

The second scene is as it was shown in SBS/SBB where Rudra drags Paro back to the room , and slams his hand in the wall.

Off-screen, the two actors were serious in the first scene, but giggling and kidding in the second one. Sanaya was making faces and laughing while Aashish was rehearsing his lines - and he had to giggle too.

Point to be noted here: Paro FELT that she had hurt Rudra by saying something and she wanted to apologize to him. And of course, our boy had to ruin it.

Vicky Im quite liking the pace at which Paro is finding her voice. i had stated that it would be very odd for her to start screaming at someone having stayed coy and meek all her life.

Also there is a certain dignity when Paro speaks, goes to show that words delivered with respect, reason are at most times more effective than words delivered with anger and an intention to taunt.

I'd like to see more of this Paro. I hope she also tells him off for holding her hands the way he does all the time. No place for such actions.

I agree. Paro has always been a soft soul who has strength of spirit - not all women rage , rant and go the in-your-face tigress mode. People need to understand that. If she also starts screaming and howling, how do we differentiate between her and Rudra? Rudra is the burning sand and she is the spray of soothing rain. She has to TACKLE Rudra, not fight a war with him.And she is doing just fine - she speaks soft but FIRM. And Rudra is responding to that - it shows.

As for Rudra's physicality with her, i don't think Paro will say anything unless she feels he is touching her in some inappropriate manner. Seeing Rudra's aggressive and physical nature, it seems he is in the habit of putting his hands on anything and everything. 😆

They are starting to discuss the issue atleast!
We did wonder why if she is a witness and he needs her to accept that thakur is evil he would not be trying to talk to her atleast!
Seems from the video that she apologised for some hurt she caused him and he took the opportunity to try and talk about what might be her sisters plight ...but of course she doesn't believe him!

Good.. she will also think and it won't be like he is barking at her and she is crying all the time!

Would be good if she starts doubting her conviction that her sister is fine!

I think that will happen when her sister returns.

I think generally in a lot of the villages there is a figure head and the people in the village trust them with their eyes closed, to the point of blindly following everything that they say.

My husband's late grand father used to command such following from the village he belonged to. A lot of them think it is unrealistic but this does happen a lot in India. When my husband's grandfather was alive they would seek his opinion and permission for doing every small thing- about educating their children, about their jobs, about money issues, about marriages etc. Once the figure head decides something for them, that is the end of the matter.

there was a Tamil movie on this theme called- thevar magan.

Such practices are followed still in certain villages. So paro's blind faith on Takur isnt unrealistic. It will take time for her to see the truth.

Oh yes it is very common that decisions regarding personal lives are also taken by these figure heads. In fact even in cities these days people seem to have gurus and heads of religious groups they belong to who advise them on everything related to their families as well!
I remember a case where my uncles friends son married a girl belonging to another Caste/state and the family was advised by the 'guru' to completely cut off all ties with the girl as she had 'defiled' the family name! And they actually followed his advice for many years sadly!

That's not dificult to believe in the show but what is slightly unrealistic is that the villagers never ask why their daughters never come to visit them after they get married! why don't they wonder why no news ever reaches them...I understand that it's a village and the girls are going beyond the border but still! Paros sister has not been married very long I guess..she had got married only the previous year and maybe a year is not long enough for them to worry but what about the girls from earlier years!

And Rudra seems to be telling her horror stories of what happens to them...wonder if that's the actual truth...what an awful shock that would be for paro and her family!
