Samat is sterile prediction

i think that samat is sterile, he is a educated man who loves his wife so much, rather than letting her husband get tortured by his mother she saved him by saying its her with a problem, so she puts up with mother in law taunts, samats hates his mother for this both husband n wife support each other .

I think mohini is in for a big shock when she finds out the truth that one son cannot bear children n the other is planning on selling the haveli

If samrat is sterile, why would he buy medicines for Maithili. Even if he worried about his mother's caustic tongue, he won't medicate his wife whom he seems to love a lot. The problem is probably unnecessary stress and ill timed interuptions. They can't even hold hands peacefully. They are allowed only to seek divine interventions for child bearing to occur.

i hope they bring this fertility angle in the serial where they show that Male can also be sterile and the blame should not always be put on woman(in villages)

maybe, but the comments above are correct too. he wouldn't let her go through so much torture if it was him that was sterile. UNLESS he doesn't know that he's sterile and his wife does know but stays quiet OR neither of them know...yet.

If they bring this track that to in a village backdrop show it would be great welcome change in shows .

Society rules are so special for men .Always women are at the receiving end .Hope to see the change in society views on women .

Great thinking ladies. I like the concept of this being a side track. they are a very nice humble couple. I like the way he looks out for her
