...and he does not have any problem with the khubsoorat chori, if she makes badhiya khana.😉

LOL for the chai dialogue.. must use it sometime soon on unsuspecting innocents😆

bitwa came home late, papa prepared a thali for him aww so sweet..
but really? paro made it knowing its for him? aww so sweet part2!(rudra is trying to remember if he brought home rat poison after the past scare.. and if she might have milao-ed anything in the roti. he's very particular about food you remember😆)

really liked the episode today. i'm not gonna watch anymore sbs type shows. spoils the whole episode watching experience.

great writeup today, diya!

I agree completely ... I wish they would release SBS segments or BTS stuff after the episode has aired, not before!!! The temptation to watch is too much! SBS should just release iv of the actors, nothing more.

Hehe ... Rudra was perfectly ready to eat good food made by his kaaki-sa ... but he doesn't want to eat food made by Paro! I think it's his pride that is still hurt ... not the fear of poison! Dilsher doesn't care ... as long as his DIL can cook good food, and he can stop eating burnt rotis and aaloo ki sabzi, he's fine with her 😛
I liked his dialogue about liking black rotis because they ward off the evil eye 😆

When did someone say mohini acchi hai? 😕 I thought it was only about the achaar 😆

Today's episode was way better than yesterday's, for sure.

Diya ...another brilliant take from you...and again a super duper title...⭐️

Loads of pride there and huge prejudices...

Their second bout...His fury-filled eyes with anger-spewed words VS her pain-filled eyes and low-pitched, hushed striking retort. Paro was ready to take on her enemy. Rudra might be physically stronger but Paro a perfect opponent who is emotionally stronger. Kudos to the writers who scripted this scene.👏...The gentle breeze called Parvati has just started to blow. And a mere morsel of food was her first strike!

What a way to finish the weekend...leaving us high and dry...just like Rudra we are left gaping!😃 What an Idea Sasurji!...👏

One more thing, love the way Rudra pulls at Paro's jaw bone, every time he is fuming and wants her to scream or shout back at him...that physical contact is mind-blowing...errr... waiting hopefully...some day...ahem ahem.☺️..it's for passionate reasons!😉☺️

Rudra's plan was a colossal failure, he lost all the advantage he gained on Thakur and Paro is now more hostile to him than before. So, CVs let us know that Paro did get spotted by Thakur's men and promptly the news reached him. Thaurayan's expressions on hearing Chandangadh indicates a history with that place.

Rudra got a earful from his CO and rightfully so, his brawn over brain methods are not yielding any results. He clearly underestimated Paro, who everyone thinks is a "bewakoof".

Today Paro made it clear why she returned and she has no plan as to how she will confront the challenges she is facing, but face them she will. Her Bolenath has blessed her resolve. Her brief conversation with God asking for strength and her determination not to cry seemed to be addressed to some forum members to who had already signed her off as a cry baby 😉

Highlights were the Rudra-Paro scene and the roti making one. Sanaya and Ashish are awesome when they come together onscreen. Paro's calm yet determined tone and Rudra barely able to restrain his anger from boiling over was well done and is the essence of their characters. Diya, your title is apt, both feel they stand on solid ground and will refuse to give an inch. Interesting times ahead.

Dilsher and Paro scene was also very telling. Dilsher is hurting and wracked with insecurities regarding his wife's abandonment, but he still has a sympathetic heart and is not against all women folk. His outbursts are his way of coping with his losses and betrayal. Unlike most in the forum I don't think his marriage suggestion to Rudra is any kind of approval of Paro, it was more of his taunt or sarcasm with Rudra. He knows how Rudra treats and thinks about Paro, it was one of his jabs, after all the son-father are each other's punching bags.

Finally can't stop enjoying the Ranawat brothers' spicy comebacks to the masala kaki, who seems very agitated about the prospect of giving a share of the property to Rudra and Dilsher.

Next week looks interesting, promo shows Paro will be outed and family will assume the pant wearing Paro baisa as Rudra's wife. So, the MU is created by Dilsher (despite refusing, he has involuntarliy become part of Rudra's WPP 😆). Masala kaki will be in a tizzy!! 😆

Lovely analysis, U! Yes, Rudra has come out of the encounter looking rather inept ... he is in danger of allowing his prejudice against beautiful women, and his hurt pride at being bested by one, take over his better judgement.

ROFL ... forum members had written her off as a cry baby ... some people are either way too judgemental or just way too fond of finding fault!! 😉

The PaRud scene was awesome ... showed a lot about their characters ... very well delineated and brilliantly acted ... Paro scared and timid, yet taking her newly found courage and resolve in her hands and facing the monster ... Rudra, smarting from being bested ... he can't believe that this meek girl can dare to answer him back ... the way he fell back, when she yells for the first time 'kahan jaati?! You left me nowhere to go!'

There is no hint of attraction here, no eyelocks or any hint of romance ... two very different people caught in circumstances and reacting to them ... very powerful scene!!!

I loved the Dilsher-Paro scene too ... very telling, very subtle play of emotions there ... both actors again excellent ... the actor playing Dilsher is wonderful! He will be Paro's support, but will also be a mirror for her to face her feelings, ask her awkward questions ... and be her shield against the rest of the family, especially the toxic kaaki. Rudra will be required to handle Sumer, though.

Next week looks very interesting ... Dilsher declares Paro his bahu ... how will the family react? Kaaka-sa has seen Paro in custody. 😕
More importantly, how will Rudra react?
And will his intelligence inform him that Thakur knows Paro is alive? That might have a bearing on his reaction.
Can't wait for next week ... so much is happening now!

Most of the females in all shows are covered in jewelry ... not only the vamps 😆

Thanks for reading 😃

Your analysis is always spot on Diya. I find myself liking the show more and more. The entire cast is a treat to watch. What an apt title for this episode. He is smarting because of his bruised pride, while they both nurse false prejudices against each other. I'm waiting for the day when Rudra realizes his mistakes. Although I doubt that Paro would withhold her forgiveness. She is too soft-hearted for that. But, she may change. And I have a feeling it will be Rudra who falls in love first because Paro with her trust issues would try to suppress her feelings. And the fact that she holds back will be seen by him as pining for her dead husband, or as disinterest, creating jealousy, thereby making him more of jallad than he already is.

Thanks, Su! 😃

I wonder if Paro's dialogues today were a foreshadowing of what is going to happen? The day Rudra realises that he was mistaken about Paro, that she was an innocent victim ... will he come asking for forgiveness? Doesn't sound like him, to be honest ... but till the day Paro knows the truth about Varunsa and the Thakur, she will not forgive Rudra for killing her husband ... whatever else she forgives him for.
.
And if Rudra realises her innocence before she knows the truth ... then what you said will come into play ... he will care deeply for her, but will be unable to show it ... while he will seethe with jealousy about her feelings for her dead husband, esp when he knows the truth about him.
It can go any way ... will be very interesting to watch these two wildly different individuals fall in love. It's getting more and more interesting as the story progresses.

She thinks he, and with him, the entire BSD, are guilty ... they killed her parents, her sister-like friend, Bindi, and now he killed her husband ... she will never forgive him. Besides, she's angry ... he made a fool of her ... gave her the bait of freedom, allowed her to return home ... only to try to trap both her and her mother-like Maami-sa. She will never allow him to defeat her or cow her down ... she will fight him!

Both mired in their long-standing prejudice ... both smarting with hurt pride.

Good Parud scene to start off the episode. Sanaya was brilliant ... Paro's voice was soft, her face, her eyes scared, but her tone determined. Paro doesn't need to shout or rant or even speak loudly, to make her point. She's scared, but she will take the fight to the lion's den.

Lovely post Diya, excellent analysis and an absolutely spot on title. Pride and Prejudice - says it all really!! 👏👏
And yes Paro doesn't need to raise her voice to make her point - Rudrasa has well and truly met his match!!😃

A very good episode today, alot better than yesterday which seemed a slightly disjointed.
The first scene was amazing. Both Ashish and Sanaya did a good job. Paro was very scared to talk back to him, but gave it back to him nevertheless. Nicely done. Don't want to see Paro crying anymore.
I can already see a very sweet relation building between Paro and Dilsher. Hope he stands by her always in the future. He seems to already want her as his DIL. 😆

The little talk between the brothers was also very cute, with dilsher asking chacha if mohini mixed poison in the prasad. 😆
All in all a good episode. Waiting for Monday... Thakur sa already found out Paro is alive!!

Thanks, Krishna! 😃 All the scenes were good ... the PaRud relationship goes into a trough ... its going to be a rollercoaster ... the Paro Dilsher relationship is sweet.

Poor kaaka is going to be stuck between his brother and his wife ... neither can stand the other! 😆

Can't wait for Monday already!
