Your post was a journey that took for sanaya to become paro.the connection with the characters are really important for the audience.I can see that with the growth of paro.Sanaya takes time to get into the skin of character bt when she knows the character, its the character u remember in her.I just love this part about her how she makes potrayal of every character different n i feel that's what sets apart from all her contemporaries.

[[[[[ That mirror scene with Paro/Rudra. Yes, it left me wanting for more. You could tell from that scene these two would light up the screen.

Topless Rudra, yes please. He is a hot bodied, buffed out MAN and I love it. Excuse me if this isn't PG enough for some, but damn does the guy have screen presence.]]]]]

For me it's all about the characters and the evolution that will happen. Both the leads can do such justice to their roles when the time comes for the heavy things to set in, that it will be hard not to connect to them.

If done right, I look forward to seeing soft-spoken Paro come out of her sheltered life. I think this coming of age is something a lot of us go through, where the rose-colored glasses come off and we see reality for the bitter pill it is. I also think a lot of us find hope and strength in unexpected places, which I think Paro and Rudra both will in each other, especially Rudra in Paro.

The equation between the two and how it will change and, how the two actors will portray is enough to intrigue me thus far šŸ˜›

, Thank you for the post. I'm so sick of people branding anyone who praises Sanaya or defends any criticism of her as "blind Sanaya fans". We've seen her work her magic on the screen before. We've seen her shine in scenes where she wasn't given decent material to work on. So, pardon me if we gush about her and ignore a few glitches in the beginning. Because we have seen her transition in to roles , each different from the other.
For me, I liked her from the beginning. She spoke less and her dialect wasn't very good, but I ignored it. Her character is a timid ,shy, sheltered girl who hasn't ever stepped out of her village. So she was bound to be the quiet one. Add to this the Desdemona factor, who was genlte, kind and soft in her mannerisms and speech. As for the dialect, the poor girl can't speak grammatically correct Hindi most of the time. Problems with Rajasthani can be forgiven . The moment where she won me over was the one in the tempo. Her voice modulation was amazing there. She totally became Paro for me when she held her mother's bridal dress. And this week she has been sheer brilliance. Especially the scene in which she finds out Bindi has been taken.

Thanks for the wonderful analysis FLS...

To me , Sanaya became Paro in her convo with Siv ji...that was the turning point according to me... I forgot all her other roles then and she became Parvati...

After that , its only been growth as the CVs show what she is made of... the contrast in characters of ML and FL is apparent ... but then that;s the premise of the story too.

She rocked on Friday... she made Paro come alive... the girl who only thinks of others always even at her moment of happiness...

Again , I look forward to character growth ... Parvati has to become Shakti...and hopefully they handle that well and tell the story as it has to be told...

Like I was discussing in some other thread , Rudra is modelled on Othello , Paro should not be Desdemona ... she should be something different , hopefully leaving the character loose will give sanaya room to play her the way she wants... in a way not dictated by TRPs...

Hi Newbie (sorry, don't know your name)
Sanaya said that Paro's character will be defined according to her circumstances. That she'll change with her times.

you are back and with a bang your post just expresses in so many of my feelings...
I started watching Rangrasiya only after SJ's post and saw only the Laila and the Vodka moment...

but yup saw some other episodes and yes like you was wanting the molestation scene to be over with ...and the feeling that the CVs are doing this for TRPs bugged me...

and yup Sanaya, Ashish and Ankita (though i am not big fan of hers) seem to be doing a good job!!!

have the Cvs run of names why an Aman here????

Thakur sa the baddie and Takurain sa the modern takurain who wears normal attire while the whole of Rajesthan is in another costume!!!
they make lets say errr a different couple in their own way...

Yes i agree with your post...::)
Yes the leads havn't had a single proper scene yet to make an connect with audience or that craving tosee the jodi everyday.. As story progresses defo Rudra and Paro as jodi and induvvidually will make the mark:)

Beautiful writeupšŸ˜›
