No, has nothing to do with innocence or how experienced a person is but what that person wants Rudra is exciting but a relationship with him will only burn you out in the long run...that's what I meant by he's good for a hot fling. Rudra doesn't want to be tied down and God help any woman who thinks she can do it until he decides he wants to be tied down. Varun is marriage material not because he's innocent but because he's committed to a relationship.
