It was horrible to see such a sweet and innocent soul face the worst kind of death. Thakur will definitely get a much worse death in the future.

Whoops, Vicky, just realised our post headers are the same, (bound to happen on this one) and since I came later, am changing mine. 😊
Lovely post, btw. RIP indeed.

I just don't have the guts to watch the episode after reading about it. That's just way too disturbing for my taste 🤢

I know what you mean. Despite some mind-blowing stuff from Rudra sa today, the mind keeps going back to Bindi. In another post, someone has wondered why it had to be crocs which seem so OTT. i think in order to underline thakur's innate and extreme cruelty. because he is caught in a time warp, where he refuses to acknowledge and is unable to come to terms with the partition and the country's independance and consequent abolition of feudali landlords and royalty. He still fancies himself as the Raja of the place, and refuses to acknowledge that the world has moved on. He clings to his notions of the old world feudal character of his existence , which obviously would very well include old fashioned feudal means of finishing off people as well. no opposition or betrayal is brooked. he is just carrying on the old traditions of his ancestors and living like he would have roughly a century back. no, i think the crocs fit in perfectly with the character and underlying madness and cruelty of the thakur. see, the CVs and the director have only such tools to etch out a character. dialogues are not always either the most suitable or the most desirable way of showing something.
i cant shake off the feeling that the romance they showed between thakur and his thakurain also had a reason. it was probably to establish how and why the thakurain is with the thakur. she loves him and believes he loves her! which works out fine to fit in if indeed she is rudra's mom. sorry, i digress. but i feel that the show has gone to great lengths to etch out its characters, which is laudable especially in a world where tv characters do not show consistency from 1 day to the next. The etching out of thakur's character is important coz Rudra's crusade against him and his ultimate destruction forms the crux of the story.

Bindi had to die for a couple of reasons. To strengthern the hatred in Paro's mind for BSD since she will think they did it. (Paro will recall later that she saw Rudra in disguise)
To underline thakur's madness and cruelty and enhance our thirst to see him punished.
To bring a hint that the brides were indeed to be sacrificed.
To set the stage for the ultimate battle between him and Rudra.

I completely agree. It was devastating to watch her die like that :( Had to watch the scenes in mute,it was chilling.

Hi Vicky,

Been MIA for a while..missed out on your posts!!

Ole Binduri no more..bye bye lovable pumpkin.. your character will be missed dearly 😭

*Ole - Binduri's word 😆

Even at the moment of her death all she could think was of was 'Mari Paro'..makes me miss her even more..she didn't give two hoots about herself and has always shown to be more caring of Paro..just like how she wanted to be chosen as the bride and instead prayed it be Paro

Caring, chummy and considerate Binduri killed mercilessly by a sly, cunning and devious Thakur-sa..don't worry Binduri you will get justice, his time will also come

Thakur-sa all you want is attention isn't it?..well you got loads today, majority of screen space was dedicated to you 😆

I wonder if Paro will ever find out what happened to Binduri?..I hope she does

Although today's episode has sickened me to the pit with her death..I feel it was needed in order for the story to progress and bring forth the true nature of Thakur-sa..up until now he didn't look too convincing and now with this action of his he has emerged as a demon..making the plot all the more spicier

I feel the makers killed her character off because from now Neha (Binduri) wouldn't have had much scope anyway..best to end the character than face media's controversial assumptions of quitting stories, just when the show has started 😆

Eager to see where the story leads after the marriage is over and after Varun is killed off
