Its like the army in Kashmir, or in the NE states in India, the civilians hate it, because they feel it targets too many innocent civilians.

Oh, and people hate the army in countries like Iraq and Afghanistan too, for different reasons, which are actually similar ... there is often deep distrust of the armed forces in border towns and areas of conflict. Some of the distrust is deserved.

in the 2nd part of the show, the voice over mentioned the name Tejawat...
does that mean BSD is a rebellious group owned by him?

first there childhood very sad and tragic, like they are building the base of paru n rudra story. His father. Words were not only warning its like for him , for lifetime.. His hatred. Towards beautiful. Women u can understand from his eyes... And same hatred and pain from bsd in Paru eyes u can see.. Its like both are connected from there childhood.
after 15 years it was very good although in brief we will see tomorrow. But loved the background...😊 its the USB of the show ...
sanaya ofcourse was excellent.
and so ashish

I liked the way they laid the basis of hate in both the characters ... it gives more sense to the story that will follow, once we know where the two characters are coming from. And both the child actors were excellent! Very good casting ... the boy had the pain and anger and the girl had the sweetenss and innocence of the grown up Paro.

Looking forward to the next episode already!

but he kept it .this is surely going the sign through which they will recognize each other .I think Rudra will be having that mark on his head through out the life.Sanaya's entry was soo adorable 😳.Rudra and paro's first meeting waiting what will happen next 😃

I also thought he would throw the doll, either out the window, or back at her ... but he kept it. Telling sign ... a Rudra who is starved of even the smallest gestures of love and affection? That one bus scene laid the foundation of their interactions, while the preceding scenes told the story of their background ... everything laid out clearly, so we can understand the characters as their story unfolds.

Can't wait for the next episode!

Child artists are too good ..

Sanaya looked divine in that traditional Rajsthani attire, Ashish looked smoking hot ..
Amazing cinematography with all the golden sand dunes, camels and colorful ambience ..
And last but not the least the paro-rudra scene takes the cake when he was making a circle around her with the kerosene and lit fire with a single bullet shot !!
Just amazing ..
Hats off nautanki and the team of Rang Rasiya !!

Child artistes were fabulous, especially the little Rudra ... his expressions and attitude were spot on!

The cinematography was like a movie ... very well done. I love the Rajasthan landscape, and they showed it beautifully. Sanaya looked gorgeous in the last scene ... I wouldn't have minded if they kept the whole first episode on the background and the kids, they were so good ... but it was so good to see Sanz back on screen! 😳 And Rudra, even in silhouette, was great ... his bearing, his attitude, all awesome!

Well done to Team Rangrasiya for an awesome first episode. They have set the bar high ... let's see how they carry this forward.

Superb 1st episode...

Loved it...

Both little ones ar paro and rudra were very good..Loved the pain and both have had very bad childhood...

She lost her parents..and his mom ran away..His dad made sure he daily kept telling him not to beleive beautiful woman...

cant wait for tomorrow...

Hey Meera!

Kids were fabulous ... both of them! The background very well laid ... one can understand the characters going forward, as their foundation has been clearly shown ... good going, Nautanki! Rudra's hatred for beautiful women .. forged by his mother's abandonment, and strengthened by constant reinforcement from his disabled, not so good looking father, that all beautiful women are deceitful.

Kids were fantastic! That doll exchange ... the first softness, the first sympathy that Rudra has received ever since his mother left? The bus scene was beautiful ... very, very sensitive, and the kids were stupendous there! 👏👏👏

I am speechless ... . Off to watch the episode once again 😊

just saw the episode twice ...fantastic . Thoughts are still jumbled up so will write down what I liked ...

The feel of a desert ...the arid landscape , the camera work is brilliant. The authentic touch in terms of the rural school , the bus etc very nice.
The background score and the music is fantastic .
Loved the backup story of little rudra and little paro . I must say the kid playing rudra was superb , what a find.
The scene that I liked a lot was when both see each other across buses and paro sees rudra crying... ...lovely. She has lost everything and still has hope and love in her heart . He too has lost a lot but it has made him so bitter ...
Liked the background of the story given by raza murad ...

The introduction scene of sanaya was beautiful , she looked gorgeous in the rajasthani lehanga choli ...just saw glimpses of ashish but oh buoy am I getting impressed . Why did he put a circle of fire around paro ...because he beleives all ppl in the villiage of birpur are into gun smuggling and narcotics and this is his way of finding information ... . He indeed is a loose canon.

The scene that stayed in my mind ..when young rudra is roughly handled by his dad ( very good actor I must say ...seeing him for the first time ) and told " khoobsurat aurat kisi ki nahin ho sakti ...na apne baap ki , na pati ki , na apni aulad ki "
Thats exactly what desmodania's father said to othello ...

Very impressed with nautanki , their entire creative team ...all the actors . They are pushing boundaries of a daily hindi soap and it is commendable . Fantastic first episode. This is going to be a dark journey ...and yeah bring it on. 😊 I am here for the long haul.

Guinea ... fabulous take! 👏👏👏
Thanks for tying in the Othello connection ... makes sense now! 😛

@bold - agree!!! What I really liked ... the way they laid the foundation of the two characters, the meeting in the bus ... and the lyrics of the song there ... both are adhoora, and need each other to be complete. That is the scene which has stayed with me ... the two kids were fabulous there. I loved that Rudra accepted the doll .. his bemusement at the sympathy and the smile ... the way he looks back, Paro waves to him, and that slight smile as he looks at the doll ... the kids were both fantastic there ... and their character traits were showcased clearly.

Also loved the scenes before, Paro's breakdown at the cremation of her parents, and Rudra's silent angst at his beating, as well as his stubborn refusal to eat, to talk with his father. The foundation of Rudra's character has been brilliantly laid ... not only his mother leaving, also the taunts of the teachers, the other kids, and the harshness of his father, who finds it impossible to express any love or any of the softer emotions. So Rudra will grow up believing that strong men don't cry ...
On the other side, Paro's character also established ... soft, loving, giving .. her instant empathy with the crying little boy ... she gives away her favorite doll in a heartbeat ... the grown up Paro's empathy with a hurt animal ... she is gentle, soft natured and tender hearted. Will wait for today's episode to comment further on Rudra's behaviour 😆

I love it when the characters are believable and real in a story ... the first episode laid a very strong base ... looking forward to more!

Don't think so ... I think BSD is a fictitious group meant to represent the BSF, which is part of the Indian Army ... anyone with an armed forces background, please correct if I am wrong.

The foundation of the village Beerpur was laid by Tejawat ... in Rajasthan, there were literally hundreds of small princely states, some barely more than a few villages, each run by their Rajput 'princes'. They were at loggerheads with first the British, and then with the Indian Govt, which deprived them of their lands and their titles. So that could be part of the reason for the distrust and antagonism.

child artists have done very good job!!! i was worried if i would see sanaya today or not😆
but i saw paro-rudra first meeting too😲 , and Rudra made me feel like OMG😲

i was bit worried abt my high expectations but it definitely reached my expectations , im so happy and im sure it will be a rocking show😎

last but not least i asked my dad to guess sanaya's age and he said 20 or below🤣 , do i have to say anything abt sanaya's action and beauty??😎 i dont need to😆

ashish is looking hot
eagerly waiting for tommorow's episode😳

The kids were so good, I actually would not have minded if they were there for the entire episode ... but I guess Nautanki and Colors knew the audience is waiting for Sanaya! 😆

Expectations were very high ... I think on the whole, they delivered! Fabulous first episode! 👏

Sanaya is ageing in reverse ... that's the only explanation I can find! Either that, or she has discovered some hidden elixir of youth! 😆

Okayyy ... please tell me who you are in R&R 😉 Am basically writing the same thing ... till I find time to do more detailed takes there 😃

Yes, I loved the way they revealed the 'past' ... no 'meant nothing' here ... it was clearly spelled out how it has impacted the kids.

Anyways I loved the first episode, it feel like I was watching a film. The Child actors are very talented the scene where Paro walked up to her parents death body was heartbreaking I almost had tears in my eyes. 😭 I really liked Young Rudra as well I couldn't help but smile at the scene where Paro throw her doll to Rudra it was so cute. ❤️ Loved Sanaya entry she looks not a day over 18 😳 The episode end in a cliff hanger. 😕 Wonder what Rudra is up to really?

The PH worked very hard on this project I can see. Everything is turning out to be way better than my expectations.

Hats off to the creative team 👍🏼

Agree totally ... it was done on a grand scale ... the cinematography really felt more like a movie than a show. Very well done ... they used their time in Rajasthan very well. Hats off to the PH!

I loved all the kids' scenes ... Paro's grief and anguish at her parents' death, Rudra's angst and torment ... those kids were brilliant!
