Shantanu:khanak mei aj ka din kaise bhul sakta hu, jab tumne meri zindagi me ake meri zindagi badal di, mera jeevan khushiyon se bhar diiiya. Shaadi ki pehli salgirah Mubarak ho khanak.

Khanak was holding shan tightly .she was so happy that words were not cmng out of her mouth .she wanted to remain like this forever, in his arms..shan when didn't get any reply ,luked down…

Shan: kya hua khanak?

Khanak gathered herself and with teary eyes luked at shantanu.

Shan: kya hua khanak . kuch to bolo.

Khanak:kya bolu shantanu..ap ne kuch bolne layak choda hi nai. Sab to keh diya apne.(khanak said with tears in her eyes)

Shan: acha kam se kam mujhe wish to kar do..

Khanak:happy wedding anniversey shantanu….

Shan was shocked . khanak and that fluent English..

Shan :yeh kya tha khanak.

Khanak:yeh ek surprise tha mera apko. Me pichle tin mahine se English sikh rahi hu

Shan(still shocked):what?really? par kisse?

Khanak:simran se

Shan(with a big smile on his face) : wow khanak.. that's such a good news and im so happy for you and I m so proud of u…

Shan hugged khanak.. khanak was smiling and happy to make her husband feel proud of her,afterall she has done all this for him only .

Shan :khanak mera gift kaisa laga tumhe(shan said pointing towards the ring in her hand}

Khank luked at the ring and then at shantanu and smiled

Khanak: bahu khubsurat .thankyou shantanu..par ye dekhne me mehangi lagti hai..

Shan:to

Khanak: shantanu itna kharcha karne ki kya zarurat thi . ? ap mujhe ek gulab ka phool bhi lake dete to wo bhi mere liye utna hi ahem hota ….aur apke paas itna mehanga tahfa kharidne ke paise kaha se aye?/?

Shan(smiling): wohi toh mera dusra surprise hai…..

Kanak was luking at shan wid questioning look

Khanak:doosra surprise ? kya matlab???

Shan: matlab ye ki kal hamare studio me ek audition tha lead singer ke liye . meine bhi part liya and good news is that ki unhe meri awaz bahut pasand ai and mujhe select kar liya gaya. And guess what mujhe pure rs.500000 milenge is ke liye. And 60000 RS. Ka advance check mil chukka hai jismese mein tumahare liye yeh tohfa laya hu….

Khanak was listening to shaantanu and couldn't believe what her husband just told her.

Khanak: kya? Shantanu ap sach keh rahe hai? Ap mazak to nai kar rahe na???

Shan smiled at khanak and shook his head in negative….khanak couldn't control her happiness and jumped wid excitement.

Kanak: sachi shantanu? Ap ko itna chi job mil gai .. mein bata nai sakti ki mein kitni khush hu ye sunkar( she hugged shantanu . shantanu was so happy to make kahnak happy . he knew tha she might show that she is ok at gangubai's but in reality she is not. he knows how much she loves him amd that she cant live without him.and bove that he knows that her roommate khushi doesn't treat khanak well…….it pains him to keep khanak in this situation but he also knows that in present circumstances they couldn't get house better that………they were still holding each other when something naughty entered khanak's mind.)

Shan(wid naughty smile on his face) : waise khanak, tum mujhe bata sakti ho kit um ye news sunkar kitni khush ho…

Khanak :acha , kaise????????????

Shan(with a smirk on his face):simple….ek kiss deke………………

Khanak blushed and immediately lowered her eyes. Shan smiled and lifts her face a little

Shan: khanak, please yar . hamari shaadi ko pura ek sal ho gaya hai. Ab to yeh sharmana band karo.ab tak to tumhe ekdum bold ho jana chahiye tha. Meri sangat ka kuch to asar hona chahiye than na???????

Khanak feels more shy and kept looking at ground. shan holds khanak strongly by her waist.he pull her more closer and put a strand of her hair behind her ear and says

Shan: waise khanak , ek baat kahu( khanak lifts her head up and look into shan "s eyes ) jab bhi tum aise sharmati ho na tab tum aur bhi zyada khubsurat lagti ho . tumahare chehre pe ek alag si chamak , ek alag sa rang a jata hai.aisa lagta hai ki bas tumhe aise hi chedta rahu, aise hi pyar karta rahu taki tum yuhi sharmai rahu. Jab bhi tum sharmakar nazre niche karti ho, apne hotho ko apne dato ke niche dabati ho , har bar aisa lagta hai ki pehli bar tumhe chu raha hu , pehli bar tumahare karib a raha hu. Isliye khanak , kabhi apna sharmana mat band karna .

This brings a sweet smile on her face. She hugged shantanu.. she realized how much this man loves her. How much he cares about her… she is really incomplete without her….

They didn't realize for how long they have been standing like this, holding each other tightly . they suddenly jerked when they heard the sound of some footsteps . they immediately break the hug .

Khanak: shantanu lagta hai koi a raha hai..

Shan: khanak aisa karo , tum abhi jao. Thodi der bad main tumhe message karunga kab aur kahan milna hai

Khanak: thik hai

Shan: ok ab tum jao .

Shan turned to walk towards his room when khanak holds his hand. Heturns around.

Shan: kya hua khanak?

Khanak comes closer to him , lukes into his eyes and kisses quickly on his right cheek. Shan was surprised.

Khanak( with her eyes lowered , dheere se):mein apke liye bahut khush hu( and immediately ran to her room)

Shan smiled and calls her budthal and walks towards his room…………

Part 3

Khanak came out of her room after sometime. She was walking towards kitchen when she heard familiar voice calling her. She turned around and saw gangu bai with her jhadu on her right shoulder luking at her rom up and down with an angry luk on her face.

Gangu bai: ae''''. Yeh kya pehan rakha hai tune?????????????

Khanak gets really scared seeing those luk on gangu bai's face.she got blank .

Gangu bai( more loudly than before): khanak, mein tujhse puch rahi hu, yeh kya pehan rakha hai.? Teri shadi ho gai hai kya jo aise sadi pehan ke saj sanwar ke khadi hai????????????

Khanak didn dare to look up and kept looking at ground.

Gangubai: mein tere se kuch puch rahi hu. Aj koi tyohar hai jo aise saji hui hai?????????

Suddenly something struck to khanak and she raised her eyes and saw furious expression on gangu bai's face . but she gathered her courage and began..

Khanak: who gangu bai .(she hesitates ) who na ( the angry luk on gangu bai's face was not letting her speak)

Gangu bai: yeh who who kya laga rakha hai . jawab de'''

Khanak: wo gangu bai. Aj na . aj na mera jai santoshi ma ka vrat hai''aur, ''aur , hamare gaon mein ye pratha hai ki santoshi ma ka vrat rakhne ke liye saree pehanni hoti hai . isliye meine yeh pehni'( she completed the whole sentence in one breath and waited for gangu bai's reaction. Gangu bai again luked at khanak from top to bottom)

Gangu bai: tu sach keh rahi hai.aur koi lafda nai hai??????????

Khanak(hesitated): nai , nai gangu bai. Koi aur bat nai

Gangu bai: chal thik hai. Mata ke liye maf kiya .

Khanak had a sigh of relief.

Gangu bai( a bit loudly): par ek bat yad rakh ..gangu bai ko jooth se sakht nafrat hai. Isliye kabhi tune joth bola to is ghar se bahar phenk dungi, samjhi'''

Khanak slowly shakes her head '''.gangubai turns around putting her jhadu on her shoulder and walked away. Khanak put her hand on her fast beating heart and had a sigh of relief.

Khanak(to herself): thank god . bach gaye. Yeh gangu bai to jalad se bhi badh kar hai'.(she luked around the house)yeh shantanu pata nai kaha hai. Kaha th message karenge.adha gahante se upar ho gaya hai par inki to koi khabar nai'''..

Khanak went back to her room having a last look at boys room. Still no sign of him. As khanak enters the room she saw khushi searching for something in her almirah and simran coming out of her washroom. She saw khanak and was shocked to see her in that attire.

Simran: khanak . yeh, tumne saree kyun pehan ke rakhi hai.????????????

Khanak who '''..woh( after some pause) who aj mera ma santoshi ka vrat hai na isliye''''

Simran:to usme saree pehanne ki kya zaroorat hai????????

Khanak was getting really irritated by giving explainations'''..

Khanak: who hamare gaon mein aisa karne ka riwaz hai .

Khushi: riwaz hai ya kuch aur''..

Khanak:ji??????????

Khushi: mujhe to daal mein kuch kala lagta hai. Par khair , I don't walk to gawar like u'. waise bhi tum behanji ho to ause kapde tum pehan sakti ho''tumhe kya lagta hai , yeh simran se englisgh sikh ke tum modern ban jaogi, then u r highly mistaken .tum behanji ho aur behanji hi rahogi''''samjhi'''

Khanak got really angry with her comments.

Khanak: dekhiye khushi ji . kya mein jan sakti hoon ki apko mujhse problem kya hai. Mein apse izzat se baat karti hoon to apka bhi farz hai ki ap samne wale ko izzat de. Itna ghamand acha nahi hota. Aur kya kahan apne mujhe , gawar??? Yadi apoko lagta hai 2-4 kitabe padhane se, ya angrezi ke shabd bolne se, koi padha likha ban jata hai , then u are highly mistaken ''.

Khushi was shocked to hear fluent English from khanak . but khanak continues''

Khanak:shiksha ka matlab kewal kitabi gyan se nahi hota . shiksha ka matlab hota hai sabhya banana, dusro ki izzat karna , agar koi apse kissi shetra main kamzor hai, uska manobal badhana na ki uska mazak udana. Aur sach kahoon , mujhe is bat ka koi afsos nai ki mein behanji hoon, balki mujhe apneap par garv hai ki meinap jaisi nahi hoon'..lekin phir bhi mein English sikhne ki koshish kar rahi ho, isliye nahi ki mujhe apko kuch prove akrna hai. Balki yeh mein kissi apne ki ankhon mein apne liye khushi , garvdekhna chahti hoon'' who apna, jo apse kai guna zyada padha likha, samajhdar hai par who dusre ki izzat karna janta hai , apki tarah dusro ka mazak nai udate ' isliye mein apse request karti hoon ki ainda aj apni bakwas karke mera mood mat kharab kijiye,''. Aj ka din mere liye bahut kas hai , isliye ap mujhse door hi rahiye, warna ladna mujhe bhi ata hai''''..

Khanak said everything in a single breath.. khushi was dubstruck and couldn't finds and answer '.. khanak turned around and walked towards washroom ''.after a minute or two she came out cooling herself and saw khushi gone out and simran sitting on bed.. as simran sawe khanak , she comes towards her .

Simran: khanak tum khuahi ki bat ka bura na manana. Who upar se thodigusse wali hai par dil ki achi hai

Khanak gives her a small smile'.

Khanak : janti hoon, par unhe bhi thoda apni had main rehna chahiye..

Simran : ha. Mein use bat karoongi bad main, abhi who thode gusse mein hai''''..isliye mein usse kal baat karungi..waise khanak aj tm sachhi bahut sunde lag rahi ho.

Khanak blushed at the compliment.

Khanak:thankyou'..

She comes out of her room . she lost her patience. She has had enough wait fr shantanu. Its been more than an hour , still no sign of him. She was fuming in anger when suddenly her mobile beeped. A message from shantanu. She immediately opened it it read

"karta kitna pyar tume, kaise tumhe batau

Har jagah tumhi dikhti ho, kaise tumhe bhulau

Dil mein mere,ankhon mein meri hain sirf tumahara hi chehra,

Shanak ko koi alag na kar sake, hai upar wale ka pehra'''

I love you.

Mein tumahara ghar se thodi door jo tea stall hai wahan intezaar kar raha hoon , jaldi aao''''.."

Khanak read the whole message in one go bringing a huge smile on her face'.

She walked towards her room , checked herself out for the last time and then went to gangu bai's room. Gangu bai was cleaning her room when khanak enters . she notices khanak.

Gangu bai: bol, kya kaam hai'

Khanak(nervously) : who. Who gangu bai, meine apko bataya than a ki aj mera vrat hai, to uski puja ka saman chahiye . to mein bazaar jau???????????

Gangu bai( comes closer to her with suspicious eyes): puja ka saman lene jana hai , ya boyfriend se milne, ha??????

Khanak got shocked

Khanak(hesitating) : boyfriend? '. Kaisi baat kar rahi ho ganubai. Mein to puja ka sman lene ja rahi hoon. Sachii

Gangu bai: thik hai, thik hai. Ja par jaldi a jaio. Samjhi????????

Khanak nods her head and walks out of her room. She immediately ran outside towards tea stall''''.

(sorry guys. i know ther was no shanak in this part as i felt need to show that they are actually living at gb's and have to hide their relation and difficulties they face in celebrating their anniversery and if u say that why im showing everybody misbehaving only with khanak, its because my os is mainly from the point of view of khanak... but next part will be full of shanak...)
