Saaz em really sorry for being so so late😳 but blv me i've read the finale parts to the nth time and i alwayz get emotional and more than getting emotional em lost in it... em alwayz speechless so here em giving a try to write sumthing that could do a bit of justice to what u've written😊

Tears roll down the sides of her eyes..she stares up at Shaan..she holds his neck and runs her fingers through his hair..while he holds her hand and the other hand he holds her shoulder..☺️😍

Khanak: Main sirf itna jaantee hoon..ki aap mere pati hain and I am your wife..and isse bada sach aur kuch bhi nahin..aur yeh sachaii ke saath main zindagee bhar reh saktee hoon..(small smile): aur aapko bhi..rehna padegaa..☺️😍

Shaan: (smiles..whispers into her lips before touching them with his): Phir tho hum dono lucky hue..☺️😍

these line were perfect 👍🏼... 've never read anything dat is so simple but so touching... i almost cried... it reflects dere love... pure bliss

Shaan: (whispers under her ears..and cheeks ..and on her collar bone): Don't play with fire..😲

Khanak: (tightens her fingers over his hair): Play!!..Mujhe lagaa..aap apne kasht ko bahut seriously lete hain..😛

luving the comfort level and new avataar... surprise in the finale

the razor part was hilarious😆

before i forget to mention the bpttle green saree and his white t-shir wid green streaks was damn good 👍🏼

Was awake till 3.30 at night with having to wake up in less than 2 hours for uni, finishing this

I still remember you told me on Aditee's thread that Good things come to those who wait applies to me and your FF-you were SO right.

I wrote comments for all the parts in thread 1 but then just wanted to enjoy the story in a flow and not take out time to note down comments...

Just wanted to tell you that you are one AMAZING writer and that was one WONDERFULLY AWESOME love story.Thank you so much for it!

The comments:

Part I&II

Loved how you started it-one part more or less summing up history and 2nd part forth taking it forward with ShaNak's journey.Very impacful.

Second part made me tear up when the family is discussing about what to do with Khanak-lives that end too early in the journey are always some of the greatest tragedies

All those dream and hopes left halfway, all the others that were associated with them left helpless.

Death is the most unpredictable predictable there is, no?That was shown very starkly. I kinda liked how its so matter of fact because that makes it much sadder.

The way this ShaNak starts-I can predict guilt on both sides when they finally fall in love.How does one reconcile oneslf to loving the best friend/fiancee of a beloved?

Okay so I am left wondering at lack of overwhelming grief on both sides- is it them trying to come to terms or it not having sunk in yet?

BTW loved how she went over to Shaan's bed and his desk mistaking it for Suraj's <3

Oh and the guy's thinking she doesn't know English.Hehe.Appearances can be so deceiving! *snap!*

Part III&IV

Their conversation on the first night-very cute, very simple.

The Dean (poor man!) and Dr Shreela taking an interest in them-shall they play cupid directly or indirectly? Shall their attempts to 'counsel' fail and in a roundabout way bring ShaNak closer together?

With each part something about each other is revealed to them

[I want to see your story on screen with these two!Oh wait.I think thats the case with all your stories!]

Okay so where did the She is amazing come in from?I am wondering if these unforseen circumstances are indeed the first time Shaan has met Khanak

Or if they knew each other pehle se-was he already attracted to her from before?And she to him?

Flinging of the phone at absence of call, the singing in the shower, the cleaning of the room and finally turning in in the same room despite earlier plan-wonderful!

Part V&VI

The morning with the tea and coffee and pocha was fun! (Once again their ease with each other makes me feel some revelation is coming up in the future..)

Shaan feeling the need to make his bed for the first time in life was funny 😃

Him touching her bindi, keeping the door open to hear her, her smelling him in the used bathroom <3

Guy talk was interesting and illuminating...

Are you quite sure people in university use words like Yello and Freak? Because I believe we grew out of them after A-levels🤓😛

Shaan forgetting the conversation he is having on the phone, completely lost in Khanak who is lost in the lake-very touching

😆 @ Amit being brought back to earth!

Loved how they walk to and sit by the lake in mutual silence and agreement.Both lost in their own worlds but still sharing the world.

Part VII & VIII

The dinner showed Khanak doesn't feel out of place amongst these idiots 😆

Shaan-jealous she asked Murli about the Sangeet Mahabharti and not him?

VERY curious about 'the message'!

Okay who is this Amit?A creep or what?!

Loved how the random and innocent conversation with the little school boy in the bus makes her feel as if life is not so empty anymore...

Ah-so ShaNak didn't know each other pehle se.In fact very little about each other.Hmmm.Interesting.

Part IX and X

Who is this Tina Mina??Don't like her😡 Make her and Amit get together.Faltuness deserves faltuness!

And what is Shaan doing getting all messed up at Khanak calling Amit-am sure the inknown number was hers!

Loved the private Congrats and Thanks-lip reading and surrounded by people!

I can feel a twist coming up in my bones!

Eee @ him saving the number as W! Reminds me of my dad who has my mum's number saved as BV.Hehe.

Part XI and XII

Love their Good Night-Good Morning exchanges

Love how they are slowly talking more and more about Suraj-they'll get over it together<3

Love how his hand lingers on her hair!

Love the usage of Dettol 😃

Her confession about hospitals, their remembrance of Suraj and the shared grief was very heartfelt

(On an aside-do you have a music BG? What with the detailed music stuff and Saaz and all...?)

Nice to see Shaan being caring to his wife while the guys are looking out after their bhabhi too-very sweet!

The all-guy conversations are hilarious! Shaan going to pick up Khanak and thinking he could have listened to her sing indefinitely and his involuntary fisting of the hand.Her happiness at her being there and tearing up <3

Part XIII &XIV

The beach part was amazing! Loved the conversation, the awareness, the proximity, the reluctance to leave

Hated Tina's message!

Loved how the friends tease him-so cute!

The friends are such nautankis.

Loved the shampoo conversation-very phunnyyy!

Her irritation and noticing of his attire and his irritation over the picture was awesome!

The fight over his and her things and his messiness-guys can be very messy na??Yuck!-very natural and realistic

Shaan's reaction at holding up the pad had me chuckling crazily 😆

Loved how he turned the cup so 'he never has to face S again' SO revealing of his changing feelings!Beautifully put.

Similarly loved how she realized it and added the 'h' to the K and S

XV&XVI

Eee so cute! So cute! So cute! His irritation at not knowing where she went, her coming, him being almost unable to resist her smile, unable to resist the hair, the whispered conversation and joking around.Sigh!

Oho liking the kurta shurta.Looking at it long after and grinning.Very adorable!

Your Khanak is really funny btw with her one-liners--self pe modelled??

Ah getting to the point they want to be alone together...

XVII&XVIII

The way he inserts his finger under the bangle without touching her wrist and then it all getting entangled seemed very symbolic of their relationship!

Finally they kiss! He kisses her everytime she takes his name! She takes his name everytime she wants him to kiss her?

Hmmm am inclined to think the fight between Murli and Karthik is made up to get the two to Puna.However there have been tense moments with Murli so could be real...nice hook!

Ah loved what she said at the end 'Mar gayi Khanak'...Something said innocently can become a play upon their emotions! Suraj keeps coming between them in different ways

25&26

LOVED his revelations and how!

Okay I don't want to take out time to comment anymore-want to read in a flow! Noting comments is disturbing my flow!

Errm I know I had stopped comments but had to say the beginning from part 30:

"Happiness has a way of seeping into every part of us..every part of us smiles, laughs, shivers, hopes, reaches out..until the next moment of unhappiness that folds every part of us within, holds us back and makes us feel every emotion lesser than before..but could there be a moment which is in between Happiness and Unhappiness..which combines it all..seeps in and stays..and then every part of us goes through moments of eruption and then stays dormant..That moment is probably called discovery..and when you collect all of those moments..it is life..which you must live the fullest.."

Oh also love how the phone usage has gone wayyy down-wife over phone now!

Wanted to tell you how you use the things around them to show their feelings and emotions and thoughts-stroke of genius walay symbolisms! <3

Eee you used the word KASHT!!! Oh and also love how they have started to refer to Suraj in normal conversations

And lastly thought I should add this at least-absolutely LOVED how you wrote the last scene with the song and current scenes intermingled with the FB scenes of 'the moment'.Very cutely and awesomely done! 😍

@Vandoo: meri bandhoo ..nahin re she didnt..it would be quite unrealistic for her to get leave within a few weeks of joining work..yep! what he did with the book was consistent I thought..he did sleep the first time he 'tried' reading it..The book was a subtle reminder of what he observed of her the first time..like a 'first impression'..they do solve their problems easily..primarily because they have NO egos or they do not have an inflated sense of themselves..the world does not revolve around them..which is why the story had so many other characters ..the ones you and many readers loved equally..a lot of thought was put into creating the importance of people around shanak in this story..to highlight exactly this..that life is not just about 'us'..there is a world outside of us..which should matter..becos it brings shanak together..so while Room 701 cemented the attraction towards each other...his friends helped in revealing their emotional sides to each other..thank you so much re..I LOVE YOU for reading Katra and commenting regularly..

Hey sangita, Saaz is completely off IF, she has moved her stories to alliswell forum, she has written so many new stories, each one is more fab than the other. But yes even we are always loss of words for her writing and her ways of reaching out with her readers -she is fab. I dont know i thought maybe you will be interested in knowing her new home of her stories
