People around her have picked up and left, she opens her laptop case and decides to rearrange her laptop case. Steps out to freshen up, notices the guy that is occupying inordinate amounts of time inside her brain and starting to slowly creep into her''''' ofcourse not!

Girl 1 (using her index finger and thumb on the one side of his face by his ear) "See this one measures 2 or 3 inches u think? (does the same on the other side) "This one's not even close! (lingers on his face)
Girl 2: Damn! You have a keen eye girl to notice the difference in his side burns. You can let go now (laughs)
Shaan: Never mind, she just loves to touch me!
For some reason that bothers Khanak differently today. Unlike the engagement nite, unlike any other times she had seen or made assumptions on his nature. Today's anger was different.

Khanak: Oh! Don't worry I swear''' a lot''' just not when YOU think I do. (not looking at him, fuming, continuing to stack her files inside)

Shaan: I can guess Khanak''. (softly) (when u could be swearing)
She is too mad and considers herself too intelligent to flirt with HIM

Shaan: Just because you wear khadi and kolhapuris I will have to assume you write Foreign Policy blogs in your free time? (silkly insult).
Khanak: What "I" do in my free time is none of your business.
Shaan: In that case why would a rational logical person or so as you appear during the work day slam me assuming I have a low IQ?

Shaan: You hate the fact that I enjoy life and don't carry a bloody log on my shoulder like you do.
Khanak: Oh! What you do is quite apparent (the second one is quite involuntary)

Khanak: Never mind'' If I were you I would be getting that emergency shaving kit out and fixing my side burns in the bathroom. Two teens are going to be mighty heartbroken if they don't line up.

Shaan looks at her straight with no expression, closes the book and does not hand it to her.
