Odhani all set for new tunes......

Star One's much-loved show Rang Badalti Odhani is all set for some new twists and turns, and a big-time deviation in the track. Shantanu's (Karan Tacker) college friends Rahul (played by Manish Rai Singhania), Duck (Jaskaran Singh), and Sam (played by Priyanka Bassi) have recently entered the show, and they will unleash several old secrets.

The current track has Shantanu and Khanak rediscovering their love for each other, and consummating their marriage. Soon, Shantanu will realize his love for music, and decide to get back to it. It is at this point that Rahul will enter his life. Rahul and Shantanu were part of a music band of their own during their college days, but had a fall-out, which was the result of a misunderstanding. Rahul will come with an agenda of his own.

Karan and Manish are reportedly very excited about this new track, and have started taking guitar lessons from none other than the renowned musician Ehsaan, of the Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy fame. Ehsaan has also composed the title track of Rang Badalti Odhani along with Shankar and Loy. The track won the ITA Award for Best Title Track this year.

Being the thorough music enthusiast that he is, Ehsaan did not hesitate even one bit before taking classes for the two actors. He has taken some time out of his busy schedule to coach the two dudes in the art of playing the instrument. Speaking about his handsome students, Ehsaan says, "Both the actors are very keen on learning the nuances of this instrument and they have a musical bend. Karan has a strong music sense and it is fun teaching them how to play the guitar. I am sure their hard work will reflect on the show."

Shantanu will also be performing on the award-winning title track of Odhani, and face a confrontation with Khanak. Reportedly, Shantanu's friend Duck eggs him on to perform on a song at his caf. Shantanu decides to sing and perform on the show's title track, and Khanak will be amazed to see this new avatar of his.

In anticipation of the new twists in the show, one of the Odhani fans Saaz has this to say: 'We have immense expectations from a promising woman director such as Swapna Joshi as an original fan of RBO and its well crafted story and characters. We pray with these new entries combined with 'youth feel', 'college days', 'revenge theme' the essence of RBO is not lost.'
