With a sudden change in his expression he pushed her hands away 'Stop it Khanak. Enough is enough. What do you want to prove now?' He looked at the ooposite way to avoid her gaze, for which he won't be able to get away from her.
Khanak just kept on looking at her hand until her vision blurred. A tear drop ran over her cheeks and fell onto her hand. She did a mistake by denying his love. She wanted to set him free from the huge burden he carried out. She wanted him to be happy forever, making her way out of his life. She didn't know that he did everything for her. She was a fool, for not being able to understand his feelings. She did it because it was the right thing at that moment. How she wishes that she could bring her words back. How she wishes that she could do something to make him believe her. Her heart felt so weak that it couldn't take any more. Could this be the end of their life?
She closed her eyes, trying to forget everything happened between them. She wanted to enjoy the cold water all over her. She wanted to wash away her painful memories. She wanted to forget her past and start a new beginning. She let all her tears to be washed away with the running water, wanting it to never come back to her life again. She closed her eyes so tight, wanting never to open it to see him being mad at her.
She caused him grief and blew hatred in his mind. Every time he reached, she ran way making him fall on his knees. She wanted him to come and forgive her. She will help him to believe and accept. It's been so long since she wanted to see the beauty of life. It was then he made her laugh and her heart opened. She wanted him to find the real her somewhere inside. They have been sort of friends and she wasn't ready to accept the feeling so soon. She wanted him to forgive her, as she didn't know what to do. There is only one thing she was sure of, that she can't stay away from him. Not any more. She has to hold on to every bit of hope. She has to hope that he might change his mind and come to her. She has to hope to hear him saying how much he needs her. She has to hope him not letting her go again.
'You said you don't love me, but that you just care about me? Why are you holding back from loving me? Are you too afraid of what love means?' She heard his words right behind her ears. No, she was wrong. How could he be there? She just wanted to listen to him forever. She wanted to open her eyes to see, if he was really there, but her mind controlled her movements. She felt his warm breaths on her cheeks. Her breathing became heavier as she parted her lips. 'Love shouldn't be something that's feared. Love shouldn't be over thought, it should be felt. People do change, but some qualities remain. Even with the change they are still the same. Life is a change and you change with it or die. Love is a hope to survive. Love is a desire to live. Love remains the sole hope to keep those qualities in a person most cherished and admired'
She opened her eyes and saw him starring at her with his eyes wide open. He was unable to believe what he heard. He slowly approached towards her, not bothering that he is wet from the running water. His expression stated clearly what was going on within him. Why should a word or two he said in anger mean goodbye? They have shared so many dreams together and he can't let them die. He can't go on without her any more. Don't break his heart any more. He will take her to the mountain and show her the other side. She will give her golden days and he won't damn care what he has to do for it. He will help her to start it all over again.
