yes its in tradition and like a punya same as kanyadan. Here they shown after marr Ramji touch janaks feet but actually in brahmins (who wear janau (white thread) as ramji) son in law never touch feet in sasural. he always been respected alot n always whole sasural people touches son in law feet. but here sitaji also touch parents feet , its not with brahmins so may be with raghuvanshis... but whatever they r awesome n made for each other

it's no big deal ....even my father washed my hubby's feet when he came to marry me with all his baaraat-mandli 😆 . people still follow the old tradition and have no regrets 😛
