Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Banerjee, who play Lord Ram and Sita respectively in Ramayan, had a horrible experience recently.
The two had decided to assuage their hunger pangs at the international food chain Subway. Gurmeet narrates their nasty experience.

"We stopped by at the Juhu Subway and ordered vegetable sandwiches. When we got our order, I saw something suspicious moving on Debina's tray. It turned out to be a cockroach covered with sauce", he recalls.

Luckily for Debina, Gurmeet spotted two more dead cockroaches in her sandwich before she could bite into it. What irked the two was the casual attitude with which the Subway staff dismissed the incident. "Instead of having the decency to apologise, all they said was they had recently got pest control done", Gurmeet says.

Though their money was refunded, the actor is very annoyed. "They are an international chain. People eat there as they expect hygienic food from them. Legal action needs to be taken. I am going to file a case against them," he says.
