I think the one who played Arjun was the same one who played Lakshman in the serial. But I am not sure. I haven't seen him anywhere else so far.

As for Praphulla ji's performance, he was as good as Indrajeet in Ramayan. Only thing was Jai Hanuman seems to be more of a drama than a serial. But for the role he was given, Praphulla ji was awesome. I'll post the picture of Arjun from Jai Hanuman in a couple of days.

Which serial? Jai Hanuman itself? You mean they had the same actor play double roles?

Yes, the same Jai Hanuman itself. Angad was played by Amit Pachori (our Lord Shiva). He was really good as Angad.
