Hi guys,
Mallika does not want a riddle as she is very busy, and Aiswarya told me she too doesn't want a riddle, so I guess I'll just announce a winner now.
And the winnner is........................................................Team Kumbhakarna!!!Great Job Guys!
And Team Indrajit also did a spectacular job! You all have a lot of creative talent!👏 👏👏👏
I for one enjoyed the first task the most. It was hilarious and a lot of fun reading those stories🤣, and of course, the poems and the songs were awesome as well!😛
Jiya, one of our judges, told me that she really enjoyed reading both teams' entires, and that you guys helped her learn a lot more about the rakshasas in Ramayan, so a job well done to both teams!⭐️
The important thing about this contest was not who would end up being the winner, because everyone is a winner, but how much effort was put into each task, and I can see that both teams put a lot of effort into their tasks.
Because of your hard work, I am getting two winning signatures done as a gift for both teams. I will submit them here after they are done. I hope you guys will like them!😳😃

I remember that in the beginning of this contest, a lot of people were squeamish about joining because it did not seem right to them to play a game on the rakshaskul.
So now that this contest has come to a close, what do you all feel about a Ramayan Team Contest, featuring two teams: Team Ayodhya and Team Mithila? I already kind of sketched out the rules, but I want to know if at least the majority of you will join, or else, the work load will fall one or two persons and it will be hard rather than fun.
So please tell me how many are willing to join and I will create a new thread with the rules and Team sign up list. Or.......if you want a break from contests, that's fine as well.😊

I need a break from contests. But the participants needn't be the same from last time.

The tasks were fun, we enjoyed it a lot.
But I my list of things to be done was lengthening like Hanuman's tail.
Well done Team Indrajeet!!! We'll share the victory, after all nephews do have a share in their uncle's victory. 😉😉😉
Let's share the sweets. Judges and godisone are welcome too.

Vibs

Such rich food is okay for someone who only eats once every 6 months. In fact, it's a wonder that Kumbhakarna had a belly, with all that fasting. 😆

I will definitely have to pass on the treat - dunno about Mallika & Chatter. 😆

It is supposed to be shared, remember?
Apart from myself, you, Aiswarya, godisone, Mallika ji, Chatter ji, Suniti, the 3 judges (shall we call Aditi too?) have to share it.
So, I don't think it will contribute to any health problems.
Or shall I put up a picture of a bottle 😉 ? (No offence, just kidding)

Vodka would be nice. Or a white wine, if you like something less intense 😆

P.S. I dunno what containers soma and sura - the vedic equivalents to wine - came in, or else, I'd have suggested it. Mere earthen or metal pots suggest nothing😆

(I hope the mods don't kick me out for this. If everyone else is OK with the pic, I'll post it but till then I do not want to disturb the balance.
As for the ancient intoxicating drinks, they were made in huge quantities and left to ferment (if I'm not mistaken) and I think there were cellars or some place to store them too.
As for the containers, it must have been either golden or silver and it was drunk in goblets - for those in the palace and the ones who were really rich.
For the common men, it was earthenware or some cheap metal containers and vessels.
