Zoya was on the bed with her children. They were sleeping peacefully when Asad entered the room.

"Asad.." She mumbled. He held her hand and kissed it. "What happened to Dave?" She asked out of nowhere.

"Well.."

Flashback.

Asad looked at the letter again then at Dave who was smiling like a fool.

"I got her Asad, I f**ked her right. And you and I mustn't be the only men who tasted this s**t's c**t!" Dave said and Asad punched him.

"Don't you dare talking like that about Zoya!" Asad hit Dave again and the latter fell on the table and broke it.

"You're a piece of shit! How could you treat my girl like this! The mother of my children! My wife!!" Asad roared and hit him in the stomach. "You're such a bas***d!" Asad hit him again.

"Zoya deserves respect!..She deserves love..happiness.." Each word was accentuated with a punch from Asad to Dave.

"Get out!" Asad shouted.

"Wherever I go, you have to know that I f**ked your precious Zoya!"

"I said get lost!" Asad shouted again this time louder. And just like that, Dave was out of their lives.

End of flashback.

"I couldn't hear him talking bad about you Zoya..so I didn't control my anger and I gave him what he deserved." Asad announced and Zoya kissed his hand delicately.

"Do you still love me Asad? After all you've been through because of me, do you still love me?" Zoya asked.

"Matlab kya hai?" Asad inquired. After all they've been through, did she really believe that he could walk out of her life like that?

"I just want to know if you love me still.. if you forgive me that I hid my pregnancy from you, I stopped you from seeing your children and I've taken you away from Habib.." Zoya replied.

"Zoya, first and furthermost, you can't give me rights that even you didn't have, then Habib is not alone, he is with my mother and Najma. Yes Najma Ahmed Khan, your best friend but also my sister. So stop blaming yourself for nothing and before you ask me again, yes I love you with all my soul." He held her hand delicately and kissed it.

A week later, Canada

Zoya laid on the bed with her children as she was telling them a tory.

"The prince Armaan was loving his wife Maria so much that he had given her the most precious gifts in the world. Asya and Azaad. But Maria's father, the Sultan was a bad man who had done bad things to his daughter because she was a girl. When Armaan went on a trip, the Sultan came and kidnapped Asya and Azaad..[..] Armaan and Maria finally reunited with their children and they lived happily ever after." Zoya said and kissed her children's forehead before leaving the room.

"Actually, prince Armaan forgot something." Asad said as he held her hand. "Will you marry me?" He asked and Zoya gasped.

"Really?" She inquired while tears were covering her dark orbs.

"Zoya, I'm totally serious. I love you, and I can't spend a day without you by my side.." He said, showing her the beautiful ring. "So will you marry me?" He asked again. "You know that I love you and in my heart you're not only my love but along with our children, you're my life. You're the reason I wake up in the morning with a smile on my face, and you're the reason I sleep at night smiling as well. I know that we're still unfamiliar with each other but it seems like my heart knows you from a lifetime..." Asad said and Zoya hugged him tightly.

"For the first time in ages, I know what love is, I know about family, I know about life, I know about happiness,. You taught me colors in my dark life, you taught me to be a lover, and you taught me parenthood.. I would have never imagined that one day Allah would have listened to my prayers and give me happiness...He gave me Mahira, Ahsan and Habib.. He gave me siblings who are Najma, Humzie and Ayaan.. I know have parents, Rashid uncle and phuphi.. but the most precious gift is you. My companion for life, my strength and my weakness, my shelter, my shield.. I love you so much that it hurts, but at the same time it heals me. So yes, I want to marry you." Zoya said and kissed him senseless. Then she put her forehead against his and smiled. She was definitely in love.

However, they got disturbed by a call.

"Mr Khan!" Dr Mehrotra said. He was the doctor looking after Habib now.

"What's wrong?" Asad asked.

"It's time."

Both Asad and Zoya rushed to the hospital along with Rashid while Dilshad was with the children. They entered the room and found Habib with nurses. He was hardly breathing. Zoya covered her mouth as she was crying in pain.

"Why aren't you connecting him with the breathing support?" Asad asked with tears in his eyes.

"Mr Khan, I need to be sincere with you. The tumor is too big. He will soon drift in a coma if he's in breathing support and if he ever wakes up, he will be nothing, he won't be able to talk, to walk.. he won't even go to the toilets on his own. We did everything we could but Habib can't be saved, I'm sorry." The doctor said and Asad broke down. Zoya hugged him tightly then walked to the little baby in the huge bed. The nurses had left.

"Habib it's Ammi.." Zoya said while caressing his face. She carried him carefully and sat on the bed with him laying on her laps. She engulfed him into a hug and began humming So Ja Chanda to him. Habib was listening the song while his breathing was slowing down.

"I will always love you Habib." Zoya whispered as she wiped her tears. Asad sat next to them then prayed for Habib along Rashid.

"Ameen." They said and just like that, Habib was gone. Zoya hold his numb body against her chest silently. She might have known him for a short time but both were a tremendous support to each other, because Habib represented the children she was forbidden to have when they met and Zoya was a mother to him. He was gone at peace, engulfed in a motherly hug. Zoya kissed his forehead and turned to Asad. She held his hand and squeezed it reassuringly.

"Everything will be okay.." Zoya said. Rashid left to make a call. He called Tanveer.

"Your son just died Tanveer, feel free to join us when he'll be buried in India." Rashid said and hung up. It was true that Tanveer was heartless but he hoped that she would be a mother once.
