D viewers went nuts on seeing her in dat mini-skirt which was of normal size n not so short like dis one in d above. Wat u r saying is only possible in V or MTV shows not on other channels. D latest show of MTV has such clothes worn by heroines on daily basis n they r not mahaan.

Dat skirt was normally of wat size mini-skirt is. D skirt was actually high-waist being covered by a longer making d skirt luk even more short. D short in d pic is much shorter.
