in the start Afreen gives Armaan milkshake and wonders why he is not reacting to it. In the kitchen she comes across Sanam 2 and is shocked to see her. Sanam 2 says is she surprised to see her alive or is it why Arman did not react to the milkshake? Afreen comes forward but Sanam 2 drops the glass of milk.
Afreen says she knows that Armaan hates his mother and that she will tell Armaan who she is.
In her room, Sanam 2 places a pot of smoke which causes Afreen to start coughing. Armaan comes saves her by opening the door. Afreen is about to tell Armaan about Sanam 2 when Sanam 2 intervenes and makes Armaan give her Kara.
After drinking it Afreen is unable to talk.
Sanam 2 snickers.
Armaan passes Mahira and sees that her hands are cold.
Afreen lures him outside and tries to make him fall for her while he is under her control. Eventually, Armaan comes back to his senses before it's too late.
He apologizes to Afreen and says he's supposed to be with Mahira. Afreen wonders how this is possible.
...
The doctor tells them over the 3 three days Mahira may not survive. Dadi says only dua can save her now.
In the end, the man tells Immi that everything will be good now. And he stares at the pictures of Sanam 2 hung up on the wall.
