Her behavior was more Sanam than Jannat. Taking the lead and being straightforward.

"Thank you..."For choosing me"

She brought his face closer to hers as she rested her forehead against his. Breathing deeply she said closing her eyes "Aahil. What if I don't want to remember? What if I...I...want to love you as, me. would you love...ME? I don't know, if I am your Sanam or not. Sometimes I feel, I AM! When YOU call me. Can you love this...Jannat?" She almost cast her eyes down. She didn't know what she was asking. She felt she is Sanam, but she wanted to be loved as Jannat too. Maybe because she chose him. Her feelings for him were as Jannat.

He was about to say something, but she stopped him midway after a long silence."Aahil. Do we really have to remember? Do I really have to remember? We can remember everything later. But tonight, at this moment, can't we forget everything? Even who we are...?"

How I love the above quotes. ❤️ I can accept that she can't remember their past at the moment and it may never return also. At least she as Jannat has fallen in love with him again. Somewhere within her there is HIS Sanam. And I'm glad that they have accepted that her memories won't return any time soon. It happens in real life too, so no problem with that.

Love the infusion of Jallad Jin...Ms Dhabevaali and the farmhouse. That's a nice touch, getting so nostalgic.

I'm so happy that they are finally free to be together

Aahil was suffering from foot in mouth disease. When have we seen Aahil stutter? But Sanam still has it in her to surprise him. 😆

I also liked how Jannat's ranting was finally leading to something. She was finally letting out her true feelings.

And Aahil rolling his eye at her . . . and then laughing at his own "silly joke". He was being a total dork. I guess that's what happiness makes of a man. ❤️ And how happy is he for being chosen? My heart still aches for that Aahil.

And this Jannat . . . you were able to fully describe her vulnerability. She must be so alone in the world . . .no memories . . . no emotions for the man who calls himself her husband, and the only man she feels emotions for is some stranger who keeps on wanting her to be someone else. She only knows herself as Jannat, and not wanting to let go of that identity . . . you made it all believable. She wants to be loved by the one she loves for herself.

This was a beautiful two-shot. Keep writing more! 👍🏼
