does not kb knw Mahira looks like Sanam?

No I heard her saying that maahira's face reminds her of someone

but she has never seen her without her glasses

I guess she is not smart enough to add two plus two equal to four

but why dud lateef and khala got shocked when they first saw mahira???did they identify her as sanam identity???
