The next day when zoya rushed to the breakfast table, she saw Asad walking with Rebecca Bloomwood towards the living room. They were talking so sweetly that zoya got really jealous but when she neared them she saw Asad only explaining the plan to her.

"Stupid zinnie ...how can we doubt him"

"i did not sweetheart ...you did"

Asad pointed to Akram and zoya sight...the plan has begun. Yallah make it works. Api squeezed her hands and reassured her with her eyes.

Anwar introduces Akram to Asad first saying that he is one of his partners from New York and how he wants to build a hotel in Punjab...looking for a nice place. But Akram's eyes was on the foreigner woman who did nothing to hide her exposed legs. Asad got the point and introduces Rebecca as her partner in the project.

Rebecca extends her hand to greet Akram 'Nice meeting u!

Akram says 'Same here! caressing her hands more than necessary. The gang looked at that giggling to each other...pas gaya bakra...

Rebecca says 'I like your Indian Attire!

Akram says 'Thanks again..! blushing

Akram is lost in Rebecca's eyes.. ! Rebecca tells them that.. business deals can keep happening but the most important work for which i have come to India.. is to get hitched with an indian man...who is strong and romantic! (eyeing akram in the process)

Asad notices Akram checking out Rebecca and says you..will find the boy of ur choice ..right here (points at Akram)\' Akram smiles as Rebecca turns to his direction n says..\'I hope so!\'

Anwar and Ayaan tried hard to keep a hard face but it was getting impossible. How cheap that boy could be. Thank god zoya is saved. "Shall we proceed\'... Both nod and start to walk away from the drawing room! Everyone starts to sit down.

Akram sat next to Rebecca and Bauji looked upon feeling weird. Api and zoya served everyone breakfast. while Rebecca continued fluttering her eyes to Akram who seemed bewitched. When breakfast was done Akram proposed Rebecca to see a few lands. Asad knowing what was going on claimed that he has other works and if Rebecca could go with Akram who seemed on cloud nine.

Zoya sees Asad talking to Rebecca n whisperingly signals him to come to her. Asad notices and Zoya starts to call him with her finger.. Asad tells Rebecca to excuse him ... since its his wife! Zoya comes near Asad and extends her hand and Asad takes it!

Zoya firms her grip on Asad's hand and tugs him along..! Asad is startled..! Zoya is tugging Asad along to the storeroom. Asad asks (raising his eyebrows) 'What?'

Asad says...'Whats the matter?

Zoya says..'Looking back.. what were u doing?'

says..'Meaning?'

Zoya says..'Meaning? Why did u have to go so near to that girl?'

Asad is exasparated n says..'Zoya u..! if I won't explain her the plan...how will I get to you?'

Zoya pulls him around.. to face her.. n "says am sorry was just a little jealous"

"You don't have to...you know am already yours na?"

Zoya says..'What i mean is.. the work u have called her to do.. .make her do only that..!

Asad puts his arms around Zoyas waist n pulls her closer.. n says..'you have no reason to be scared.. and kissed her lips softly. but zoya being zoya pulled him to her and ravaged his lips. Both were kissing passionately when Bauji called zoya.

She tried to pull away but Asad was not in the mood to let her go. zoya tried to wriggle but asad was too powerful.

"asad bauji?"

"to...?"

"woh ajayega"

"to anedo" zoya was lost in his eyes and asad in hers

"woh dekega" asad leaned closer

"dekne do" zoya initially closed her eyes

"ZOYA KAHAN HO" bauji's voiced boomed very near and both sprang apart like they got electrified...laughing zoya run out of there.

"i love her" asad signed looking upwards.

CHAPTER 28 part A

Fast for groom

The next day the female of the house was talking about the blue moon when wives fast for their husband and pray that their love stays immortal. A few aunties teased Zoya that she would keep it as for next time but zoya was determined to fast for asad. Asad knew nothing of zoya's plan and the entire day zoya hide from him. He was frustrated in the evening and wanted to meet her. Api then told him that he should get ready for the rituals, confused he walked to the terrace where all men were sitting and then the wives walked in dressed traditionally with head covered like brides. Anwar told asad about the ritual but he's eyes were looking for zoya. Suddenly he saw her amongst the other females. Then it made sense that to him that zoya had fast for him that is why she avoided him. He looked at her teary while zoya did so too with a smile. Asad knew that zoya could never tolerate hunger that is why her desk always had a box of pizza. His heart fluttered as he realised the intensity of her love.

"she loves you so much" ayan whispered in his ears, asad nodded silently.

Then came the moment when husbands had to feed their wives kheer to open the fast. Zoya walked towards asad bewitched. Bauji shouted for Akram but he was nowhere to be found. He went to look for him. Ayaan and humi used this opportunity to push asad and zoya to a far and darker place so that they could have a moment in peace.

"zoya...why?"

"because i love you...so much"

asad tears flowed to her cheeks and zoya cleared them nodding her head to reassure him.

"now will you feed me? am so hungry that i will faint instantly"

asad took the bowl and fed her all the kheer. Slowly he wiped the remaining that were hanging on her lips. zoya smiled and hugged him "api said our love will remain immortal and i could not let such a chance go now...could i? you are stuck with me for your whole life Mr Khan"

part B

As Rebecca walks towards Akram.. Akram sees Rebecca.. again.. bottom to top.. n is grinning..!

Rebecca says..'Hi Akram you are not fulfilling any ritual with your bride? ' n as she walks forward she trips.. n Akram catches her in time..! They have an eyelock..!

Akram says..'Hope u din get hurt..!'

Rebecca says..'The way u took me in ur arms.. nothing can happen to me...! Ur very sweet!'

Akram says..'Thanks..but ur sweet!'

bauji sees Akram and Rebecca and worries for zoya he is in deep thoughts when Ayaan who was passing by tells him that its a shame that the house's son-in-law is behaving so cheaply. He compares Akram to Asad and says that the latter is so down to earth even if he owns millions. Bauji looks as Asad was serving lassi to a few aunties and chatting with them. Bauji is left thinking while ayaan went to share the new updates with the gang.
