Part 1
Sanam wakes up to the noise of Sanam-2 throwing up. She calls out to Sanam-2 who is faking about throwing up. Sanam rushes to call Ahil. Ahil asks the matter. Sanam says Sanam-2 isnt well. Ahil stammers. Sanam insists and Ahil and she come in the room. They find Sanam-2 lying on the bed. Ahil says she is fine, coughing. Sanam-2 says dont worry, a pregnant woman does fall sick. Sanam says dinno you are preggers. Congrats. Why arent you taking the meds. Ahil glares at Sanam-2. She says told Ahil but maybe. Sanam asks, Ahil forgot. Ahil says when someone din tell, how to know. Sanam asks if Ahil needs to be told his wife is preggers and she needs meds. Sanam says i dun need to tell Shaad that i need meds, he always takes care. You too should do same. Sanam-2 apes Sanam. Sanam says now realized how lucky i am that my hubby loves me so much that i dun need to calculate. Ahil says u r right, ur hubby loves u so much that not u, nor anyone can calculate. Sanam-2 coughs. She says Ahil is lost in thoughts of Sanam so doesnt bother. Sanam says dinno u are so careless Ahil. If you are gonna make the excuse that u dun remember anything in front of ur first wife then why form this relation with ur second wife. Sanam says every relation has responsibilities attached. If u cant bear any responsibility then why put her in this situation. This is ur baby too. Sanam walks off.
Sanam-2 smiles at Ahil. She says .. its said.. Insan ko jab chot lagti hai to woh sambhal kar chalna sekh jata hai. Earlier u tried to say i wasnt preggers but u had to accept ur the father of this baby. U must be delighted thinking Shaad-Sanam dont have hubby-wife relation. But how will u make Sanam accept that u and i too dont have any such bond. Am not scared of Sanam returning in ur life. Sanam is very nice. She wont want that a baby is separated from its father. Ahil keeps glaring. Sanam-2 calls out to Latif for a glass of water. Ahil self thought, a mother fights the world for a baby but this Sanam-2 is using her baby for her own use.
Sanam and Nazia ask Sanam-2 u called us, anything special. Sanam-2 says in Nawab family there is Dawat-e-Dulhan after Rasam-e-libas. U both have to cook today afternoon. Nazia says dunno how to cook. Shashi Kapoor offers to help. Sanam-2 fumes. Shashi Kapoor says u are part of my family, ur trouble is my trouble. I will cook on ur behalf. In ur in laws place u dun have to do anything, coz there are many servants. Am Saifs Apa but i will be a good mother in law. Sanam offers to cook mutton biryani. Sanam-2 agrees. Shashi Kapoor says need to supervise what u cook Sanam. Thru ur cooked dish, Ahil will reach Allah. Sanam asks what to make for sweet, anything to bake. Sanam-2 fumes ..fire is out but spark is left. If Sanam makes Apple Pie, Ahil will think, Sanam remembers his love. She suggests to make Chocolate Cake. Sanam says great idea. Chocolate Cake is Shaads fave. Sanam, Nazia and Shashi Kapoor leave from there.
Part 2
Gazala signals at Sanam-2 who is in the kitchen with the others. Sanam-2 comes to Sanam offering to help. Sanam says no need, love cooking. Sanam-2 signals back to Gazala. Gazala messes with the microwave. Sanam-2 says seeing u work realized u cook well but i can help. Sanam tells her to rest in the room. Sanam says if i need anything, Gazala will help. Sanam-2 relents. Sanam-2 steps out of the kitchen and says time is of essence, it makes ones life in a moment and in another destroys all. After 5 mins when Sanam will open the microwave, there will be a blast. Nazia praises Shashi Kapoor who says every mom in law is like a mom. She asks Nazia about her mom but Nazia says dun wanna talk about her. Shashi Kapoor says i heard Tanveer was very nice. Sanam's memory is triggered by the name. She feels dizzy. She screams and Sanam asks why do i see Shashi Kapoors face everytime i hear Tanveers name. Shashi Kapoor fumes. Nazia comforts Sanam. Shahi Kapoor cuts her hand and her fake finger falls on the floor. Sanam goes to get ice and Nazia goes to get ointment. Shashi Kapoor picks up the fake finger and excuses herself from the kitchen. Sanam goes to open the microwave and Sanam-2 watches from outside the kitchen. Latif says doing all this to scare Sanam nothing more. Sanam-2 says if anything happens to Sanam, your reward is doubled. Ahil notices Sanam-2 sneaking on Sanam and rushes to her.
Part 3
Ahil runs inside the kitchen and pulls Sanam away from the microwave. Right then there is a blast and Sanam falls on top of Ahil. Sanam-2 fumes watching them. BG - Junoon. Sanam-Ahil eyelocks. Flashback of Sahil scenes. Nazia rushes in the kitchen. She asks them if they are fine. Ahil scolds Sanam and asks when will you learn how to use the microwave, what if you get hurt. Sanam recollects their past conversation. Ahil notices Sanam is hurt. He applies ointment on it. Sanam stares at Ahil and recollects similar experience from the past. Sanam asks Ahil why did you scold like this has happened in past. Ahil stares at Sanam.
Precap --- Shashi Kapoor looks at a bottle of poison and self thought this is the first morsel of food make by Sanam that will be the last morsel for Ahil. Sanam is about to feed Ahil when Shaad holds her hand and says sorry but i will eat this and he makes Sanam feed him. A while later he feels dizzy and faints. All rush to his side.
