I bet you now they are going to try and justify Shaad's actions and him continuing to lie to Sanam by him losing his family. By justifying it by saying he doesn't want to lose the only person he has left nevermind the fact that he doesn't even know her and she has a life and family of her own to get back to. He'll continue to lie to Sanam even when Aahil is in the picture but no it'll be poor Shaad because he's lost everyone and doesn't want to lose her too and that justifies him taking advantage of this girl and keeping her with him through lies and deception and then he'll probably become full on obsessed later when her real husband turns up because he has no one.
