Recap:
She wasn't even shocked at how low-life her parents were.
Flashback Continuation:
"GO UP TO YOUR ROOMS, IMMEDIATELY!" King Ghafoor roared. He was outraged with his daughters. He never tolerated being spoken to like this.
Zoya and Humeira listened to their father and went up to their room.

"I really can not fathom the fact that they want to get you married to Prince Akram." said Humeira.
"It's okay Humeira. Anyway, even if they do finalize my marriage to him, anyplace is better than this." Zoya replied.
"No. Way. Not in a bazillion years will I allow you to get married to someone without my approval." Humeira cried. She was way too over protective of her older sister.
"I wouldn't get married to anyone without your approval anyway. " Zoya replied lovingly to her younger sister.
"We're going for a walk to the park'" declared Humeira suddenly.
"As much as I would love to accompany you on a walk, father wouldn't allow us. Or me at least." said Zoya sadly.
"We'll just tell him were going to the medieval library." Humeira said. She was clearly desperate to spend time with her sister.
"I'll go depending on what father says." Zoya said.
Humeira anything but sprinted out of the room to ask her father. She came back to the room out of breath with excitement shining in her eyes.
"He complied but as long as we're back before sunset. " Humeira said happily.
"Yay!" Zoya shrieked in delight.
The girls exited the castle as they made their way to the park.

On the other side the country
In the land of Rapinev
He stared at his reflection in his mirror as he brushed his short brown hair which was slightly tousled at the area above his forehead. He had beautiful, brown- doe shaped eyes. His facial structure resembles that of one of a Greek-God. He had light stubble that caressed his chiseled cheeks. He jaw-line was sharp enough to sharpen a pencil. He was very muscular. This mysterious lad did not speak as much but his eyes spoke volumes. You could literally have a full-on conversation with him just by staring at his eyes.
The name of this fine man you ask?
Asad.
Prince Asad Ahmed Khan.
Prince Asad Ahmed Khan of the land of Rapinev.
Arch-Rival of the throne to the land of Venipar.
Asad didn't have any parents. The King and Queen of Rapinev had both died in as they were murdered by Ghafoor Farooqi. Asad grew up to be very mature at a very, very young age. His parents' death nearly traumatized him. He secluded himself from everyone as was very quiet. At the age of 6, he vowed to seek revenge on Ghafoor Farooqi.
Asad only had one sibling. He wasn't related to him by blood but he still loved and cared for him like a brother nonetheless. His name was Ayaan Mian. He was the polar-opposite of Asad. He was lively, fun and loved to party. Whereas Asad would enjoy his time alone. He was very calm and couldn't care less about girls. Jonah was devilishly handsome and nearly every girl was mesmerized by him.Yet he never payed attention to them. However Ayaan on the other hand, he flirted with every other fair maiden he laid his eyes on and played one too many pranks. Yet he still had a heart of gold just like Asad.
Asad was raised by his grandparents after his parents died. But his grandmother died of a stroke when Asad was 8. And his grandfather died of old age when Asad was 18. Now two years later, at 21 years old, Asad Ahmed Khan carried on his parents throne and remained the Prince of Rapinev ever since. He would be crowned king of Rapinev at his coronation which was still a few years away.
As mentioned before, Jonah did not pay that much attention to girls. However on this very particular day a few years ago, he was walking through the park with Ayaan when he couldn't help but notice these deep, alluring brown almond shaped eyes. He just got lost in them. He wanted to look away but some invisible magnetic force just pulled him closer. If only he didn't make that mistake. He accidentally blinked! With literally a blink of an eye, she was gone. But he couldn't help it, he was human. He couldn't keep his eyes open forever.
Ever since then, that was all Asad could think about. Those beautiful brown eyes. They still plagued his thoughts two years later. He went to the park the next day in hope to find those same brown eyes but it was to no avail.
And now he was getting ready to go that same park. It was literally the boundary in which separated the two towns of Venipar and Rapinev. It was the the center of attraction for both towns. Fortunately, this park was of no one's property and anyone and everyone could visit it. Just as Asad and Ayaan were going to do today.
