Some People say.....

They hate Ahil because he was a womaniser and treated girls disrespectfully because he had a relationship with them outside of marriage (true, he was by the way) but shaad has also misused a girl deluded her into thinking that she's in a relationship with him, he is having feelings for a woman he knows has lost her memory and knows already loves someone else. Although shaad may have good intentions he and ahil are wrong and have both or are both disrespecting women.

Some people say they hate ahil because he manhandled sanam and abused her (which he did) , well didn't rehaan also manhandle seher after the whole tanveer poison drama when he forced her into the room and shut the door on her hand. Even though what rehaan did was only small, it cannot be excused. Physical abuse is physical abuse no matter how big or small it is, which means in this respect ahil and rehaan are both wrong, not just ahil. Although shaad may not have physicallly abused sanam, imagine what sanam would go through mentally once she knows about shaads lie as she has been living with someone thats not her husband. Same thing, its wrong. All of them have or are abusing women.

Some people say they hate ahil because he still needs to be redeemed. Despite asking for forgiveness and despite being wrong because of the actions of other people he still asked for forgiveness, yet somehow no matter what he does he s unredeemable? You do remove sehers mistake right? She exchanged places with a woman she didn't know just for money and destroyed a relationship, yet not once has she said sorry, yet she is redeemed? Rehan let his brother live in a lie, yet he was redeemed? (I'm talking about before he got shot to save ahil) In that case if ahil is not redeemable despite saying sorry then the other two especially seher should definitely not be redeemed, I would have loved her even more if she apologised to ahil and sanam just once.

Look, heres my point. The is not a comparison post on who is the better character, because in fact non of the characters are angels. We all love our favourite characters despite their flaws. However, i can see on many posts that in order to defend a certain character another characters weak points have been bought in. But we have to remember, no matter how small or big a mistake the character has committed, they are mistakes, you cannot defend the same action of one character no matter how small it is and hate another character if they commit the same mistake. You cannot have a certain set of moral codes for one character and a different set for another character.

P.S. I am not asking you to like or dislike a certain character, we all have our own tastes an can like or dislike whoever we want. Every single character on here has committed the same mistakes as each other.

Really??? Forcing someone to love you by lying to them and telling her that she's your wife, is definitely true love!!!!

Seriously!!!!! Everyone knows she has a husband yet they want her with shaad. Ahil was disliked because of him using women yet shaad is liked and is a gentleman because he is lying and cheating a woman. Double standards much?

Having consensual flings...key word...consensual.
It's life, it happens, and not a big deal. If it's not for you or your lifestyle, good. But doesn't make others wrong for engaging in it.

Not the same as lying to an amnesiac woman that one is her husband.

Your post is true! No one is perfect! The only difference is that some people are not willing to accept it!

Shaad is no more a hero and a gentlmen Saint than Aahil is! Rehan also had his flaws, but he was better than both Aahil and Shaad in my view! Yes he hid the truth of Begum Sahiba, but I forgave him for that, becase she was his Mother! Even Aahil was not able to hate her even after knowing what she was! Even though Rehan hated her behaviour and her crimes, he loved HER, coz she was his Mother! I will never diss him for that!

Rehan was a good guy. His ultimate sacrifice redeemed him of ANY mistake he made in hiding the truth about his Mother from Aahil! So to me he is beyond redeemed! As for Aahil, he has more to do, but he has redeemed himself to some extent already! Too long to go into it all now!

But Shaad also needs to redeem himself and those who say he does not, just don't want to face reality! Also the relationship between Shaad and Jannat is based on a fallacy! If Sanam knew that Shaad was not her husband, then whatever relationship they have would be sincere! But in this situation it's not. Coz it is based on deception! So whatever the "reasons", the "Methods" are still flawed! Keeping this girl in his room and acting all lovey with her and romancing her is NOT the right thing to do! He is using her and it is wrong!

So no matter how it's dressed up, the facts remain the facts! Accepting or not is up to the individual! Shaad is no saint, and honestly he is not even a gentlemen. Aahil was not either. At least not at the start. But when (Seher) who was impersonating Sanam wanted to sleep in another room, he was gentelmenly enough to let her! Even though she was his legal wife and he just confessed his love to her! She also seemed just as into him before the Swap! But he still let her go to another room! So you have to give him that one!

Shaad however is sharing a room with a perfect stranger and this is not a gentelmenly thing to do! Neither is ditching a girl at the alter and lying to his Dad that this stranger (who's real name he dosent know) is his wife! So let's get real! The only guy I would call a gentlement in the true sense? REHAN! That's it!

Ahm. It is more about just people than Aahil or Shaad. This happens in all Forums all the time. Drat, in QH itself, there were so many arguments and still are.. If I don't like something, I try to ignore.. xD Anyways, I am too happy that KV is back. I like Shaad btw... A triangle would be nice to watch.

Exactlyyy... Thats what i hv been saying since the beginning...
None of them is a saint ... None of them is perfect... N no one can ever be perfect... Every person has his / her share of flaws... Its only how some of them are painted as Saint while they r not...😕😕

My personal problem with Shaad is his lack of honesty which is not making me connect to the character... If Writers could hv given some thought into writing sensibly and deeply n less importance to gloss n floss things would hv been better
