In the upcoming episodes of Qubool Hai, Sanam will finally take Aahil's name in front of Shaad and Shaad will realize that he is the man in Sanam's life.
It will soon be seen that Shaad will open up to Sanam regarding his mother.
Sanam (Surbhi Jyoti) will feel sad hearing about Shaad's mother and she will decide to help him out.
Sanam will tell Shaad to right his problems on a balloon and release the balloons in the air.
Shaad will feel happy doing this as he will feel relieved of his problems.
On the other hand, Sanam will remember that she did something similar before and will take Aahil's (Karanvir Bohra) name subconsciously.
