I try my hardest to ignore witch Sanam 😡 her character is pretty useless from the beginning. And you are right, unless she is Tanu's long lost daughter there's no point of having her around.

I think she is Tanveer's long lost daughter otherwise why would cvs introduce the daughter track all of sudden? It doesn't make sense

Well the other day "Sanam" did say to him and Tanu that he should stay focused on finding the real culprit and not so much on giving Ibrahim family a chirag for now. So maybe he's just listening to her and is solely focused on finding nawab's murderer! Haha..jk!
