Part 5

Flashback: Continued

It was night time, Shireen was over for dinner (When is she not present? Haha) everyone sat down at dining table

Rashid: "Is the dinner ready"

Dilshad: "Yes, Zoya and Najma are getting everything."

The Dinner was set on the table, Zoya was standing next to Dilshad; Shireen started to take the Biryani out on her plate

Shireen: "Dilshad you didn't make Ritai(Spicy yogurt) how am I suppose to eat rice without it."

Dilshad looked at Zoya

ZoyaL "Ji Phupho, its in the kitchen ill go get it."

Shireen: "You are so forgetful, remember next time huh."

Shireen saw Najma eating only salad

Shireen: "Why are you only eating grass."

Najma: "I want to loose weight phuphi."

Shireen: "You don't need to loose weight, look at you; you look like a needle, so thin, you have to eat something, this dieting, you do, won't do you anything."

Najma: "Phuphi don't you worry"

Shireen: "Okay, what ever you say."

Zoya came with the ritai

Zoya: "Here you go Phuphi."

Anwar was sitting next to Shireen, he wasn't feeling good, his face was showing that he was in pain; he held on to his chest, Rashid saw this

Rashid: "What happened Anwar, are you alright."

Zoya looked towards her abbu

Anwar: "Pata nahi bhaijaan, I don't feel alright."

Ayaan: "Mamo app teek hai."

Anwar: "Yes beta, ill be right back."

Anwar got up from his chair he started to go but suddenly everything went blank, he started to fall, Rashid got up from his chair and caught him in his arm, everyone got up from their chair and ran to him, Zoya was looking a this with tears in her eyes.

Dilshad: "Ill call the ambulance."

5 minutes later the ambulance came, Anwar was carried on the stretcher to the ambulance, Rashid had told the kids to stay home.

The Hospital:

Rashid came running in the hospital rolling the stretcher that had Anwar on it.

Rashid: Doctors please look at him, he needs help."

The doctor checked his heart, the ward boys was standing near him

Doctor: "Bring him into the Emergency right away boys."

They went after them, but the doctor stopped Rashid, Dilshad and Shireen when they reached the Emergency.

Doctors: "Please stay here."

The doctors took him in and put the oxygen mask on his face, they checked everything, couple of minutes later the doctors came out, Rashid was walking back and forth and Shireen and Dilshad were sitting down on the chairs, but when they saw the doctor come through the door they got up and went to the doctor

Rashid: "Doctor how is my little brother."

Doctors: "Be patient, we did everything that could have been done."

Dilshad: "But Doctor what has happened to Anwar."

Doctor: "He had an serious heart attack."

Shireen and Dilshad hands flew to their mouths

Doctor: "The good thing is you got him here on time."

Rashid: "Thank you doctor."

The doctor left

Shireen: "What are we suppose to do now."

Rashid: "we have to pray for our brother Shireen, this is all we can do."

The Nurse were still checking Anwar; outside Shireen and Dilshad was sitting down

Shireen: "Dilshad?"

Dilshad: "What happened, Don't worry too much, leave everything to Allah."

Shireen: "my heart is worried."

Rashid was walking around he was worried because the doctor hadn't come out yet

Rashid: "What are they doing."

Just then the doctor walked out, Dilshad and Shireen got up from the chairs and came towards them

Rashid: "How is he now."

Anwar: "He is much better now."

Doctor: "Only one can meet right now, he needs to rest and just be careful to not make him stressed about anything, Once the results come we will start proper treatment."

Rashid: "Okay, Thank you."

The doctor left, Rashid told Dilshad and Shireen to sit down and he left to see Anwar.

Rashid sat down on the chair next to Anwar, he grabbed his hands, Anwar woke up, he still had on his oxygen mask, He looked towards Rashid and smiled a weak one.

It was morning now, Anwar was discharged from the hospital, He was in his bedroom and Rashid was sitting beside him on the chair

Rashid: "Don't worry, I have talked with the doctor, he said everything will be fine, just a heart attack."

Anwar: "I know, having you beside me nothing will happen to me, Because of Zoya im worried about."

Rashid: "I know Zoya is your only child and you love her to death but don't think that she less to me, she is my daughter too."

Anwar sat up on his bad and rested his head on the headboard

Anwar: "I have a request for you bhaijaan."

Rashid: "Say it."

Anwar: "If she had a mom, so she would talk about this, but now I have to talk to you about this."

Rashid: "What is it Anwar, say it directly."

Anwar: "I want Zoya and Asad's Shaadi(Ruksaati) to happen."

Rashid: "Shaadi? But they are kids right now."

Anwar: "The Nikkah can happen, Im near to go and this heart of mine I cant trust it can stop beating anytime."

Rashid held his hands in front of his mouth

Rashid: "Don't you say that ever again, everything is going to be alright InshAllah"

Anwar grabbed his hands

Anwar: "Please promise me bhaijaan, If something happens to me please get Zoya and Asad married."

Rashid: "Be faithful in Allah, nothing will happen to you."

Anwar: "Just promise me please."

Rashid looked at his brother and nodded his head.
