Rehan did come back but just in time to see Tanveer on the ground having collapsed. It was later shown that Khalu accused Sanam for poisoning Tannu's drink. So he started asking Aahil not believing what he hears. By then Seher who was acting as Sanam came in with the doctor. Doctor checks and do doctor stuff, then tells them that she might not live. All shocked.

Episode ends.

Then precap.

Rehan takes Sunehri/Seher into the servant room and went in to lock it but as Sunehri tries stopping him she got her hand hurt at the door so she turns having gone all "Oww Bappa!" and Rehan overhears this.

As she has her back to him he asked. ..."Sunehri? Kya tum meri Sunehri ho? Tumhe Bappa kahan" and all that. Sunehri nods and teary eyed and then they hugged.

So you haven't missed their reunion. It's tonight. WATCH!
