It was very much a real marriage. Ahil & sanam are married. After the dhaba plot episode they decided to continue with their marriage than listening to tanveer.
The marriage was never fake until & unless it was decided by the cvs one fine day that they will call the marriage fake & temporary.

I am so irritated with all these illogical stuff.

Where on earth was 3 months contract signed. It was just that billi asked Sanam to give her 3 months. She never mentioned you have leave in 3 months. The options were Open.

Tanu tried to kill Sanam in Kohinoor hotel , that's understood is because she thought Sanam has already signed the papers. So the property was in Aahil's name and to get it from him was not a big deal.

Now that the papers are not signed, why is she trying to kill Sanam?

And a big question is, Why is billi not asking them to sign it now.

She was so bent upon getting it singed, so why not now? They celebrated diwali, faloodo everything ,Billi didn't ask Sanam/Seher to sign the paper, Why?

And Tanu is tring to kill her. Does this mean, Sanam has signed it?
