Their marriage is a valid marriage. Though they both reasons, they still agreed to the marriage and while the circumstances were not the best, they were not forced into it.

What they CVs are doing with a second marriage would be to ruin SaHIl as they've developed till now. They both specifically told each other they will continue on with the marriage and not break it after the property papers were signed.

And now the CVs want to tarnish it and ruin the very basis of SaHil marriage.

I am a Muslim so allow me to explain. In marriages in Islam, they have a prenuptial agreement. Prenuptial agreement is considered an integral part of an Islamic marriage. It basically outlines the rights and responsibilities of the groom and bride and/or others that are involved in marriage proceedings. Nowhere did in Islam did they say that a temporary/contract marriage could be one of the conditions in a prenuptial agreement.

In fact, that is a totally separate practice. Temporary marriage in Islam is called Nikah Mut'rah, a completely prohibited practice in Sunni Islam. It is only practised in Shia Islam. However, for this to be valid, both parties (bride and groom) must agree to the conditions in advance. Here, Aahil didn't even know of the 3 month contract prior to his marriage to Sanam.

These folks made a mockery of Islamic religion in the first season and they are doing the same now.

Actually, in Islam the practice of temporary marriage of forbidden ( to the Sunnis anyway). But it's not like these people would actually adhere to Islamic practices na. Anything goes for drama in their books. 🥱 Yes, it was a real marriage to both of them. That's why I don't want this remarriage to happen. It would be like tarnishing and ruining the very basis of their marriage (as KK put it).

Of course he loved Sanam, so he took it personally when he found out that she had agreed to a temporary marriage as a compromise and that too taking a fee for it! Aahil was hurt that Sanam thought of marriage to him as a means of making money. Then of course things changed and Aahil realised Sanam cared about him and visa versa.

Yes, he was very hurt. Imagine how hurt he would be after he finds out about Sanam? Poor thing, would never be able to forgive himself...

The only issue was that they both knew once the property gets transferred away from the trust, the "reason" they had to get married would no longer exist, coz Aahil will legally own the property. Since Tanveer orchestrated this marriage, she would expect it to end as well. At the start they both felt they had to comply with her wish, but as time went by it became less and less palatable to them both! So there is NO issue of this so called contract!

Yes. They never signed such a contract anyway. As I said before, it doesn't make sense anyway...

Now Tanveer is saying that after three months the money will go to Aahil and his wife automatically? YEH Kya hain?? I don't know! It's all a shambles! CV's want to do another "high voltage" marriage sequence this time with the twin/ imposter! Last time it was with Nida! Now WHEN will SANAM get to be part of her own marriage ceremonies?? What a mess??

I know. It is so heartbreaking. Especially for Sanam. My heart goes out to that girl. She was blackmailed into her first marriage and it was an emotional rollercoaster for her. Now it isn't any different. I will only enjoy this remarriage if Seher is sent far away, while Sanam gets to enjoy her marriage rituals properly. Almost like Arnav-Khushi!

As far as i remember, the 3 months thing was a verbal offer on Tanveer's part to persuade Sanam to agree to the marriage. Only 3 months of your life...for your Badi Ammi..

But Sanam never agreed to it, she only silently listened. Aahil didn't know about the 3 months at all. But there was one set of papers they signed right after the marriage, must've been the nikaahnama.

This 3 month thing is drawn up by Tanveer via a second lawyer to socalled free Aahil to live the life and freedom from marriage.

He doesn't want separation, nor does Sanam, and Tanveer is purposely ignoring it because SHE wants them separated.

But like KK says, their nikah is valid and binding. No clause/ contract would annul it unless they sign a talaqnama.

You know CVs can't resist a second wedding, this time as the dreamy wedding from heaven where the couple say their vows making googly eyes at each other. Sue me, but i wouldn't mind that at all. This time all the rasams will be done properly, not accidentally. TRP booster for sure😆.. (thinkinig of Arnav and Khushi's run up to their proper wedding)
