These lines itself suggest it's false as we all saw sanam in party. As per sbb tanveer won't be able to kill sanam as dilshad interfere & saves sanam

This seems more like a prediction lol first of all Sanam reaches the party n second of all as per sbs/sbb Dilshad saves her lol They have been wrong before n can be wrong again... Chill guys this plot is too cliched n they wont mess up SaHil esp when they r so popular n we love them! This is def not what they shud b able to come up with after keeping a secret n planning for so long... It needs to be something bigger n better. This wud b the most crappy twist lol No matter what GK n Four Lions do, they usually dnt kill leads unless its a leap or an actor wants to leave lol so lets stay positive :) :) SaHil all the way!
