Sanam pieces together the ghastly truth of Aahil's childhood. He was innocent. He wrote in his diary that he was locked up in a storeroom the whole night until 7 am, while the newspaper article states that the Nawab was murdered at 5 am...
She is rightfully disgusted at Tanveer's horrible scheme at trapping a little boy with guilt, and letting him stew in it til adulthood. She vows to expose it all to Aahil, and marches out purposefully with proof.
She vows to help Aahil no matter what, and will accept whatever Fate will send her way after. Meanwhile Dilshaad is hitching a ride at the back of the car by holding on to the back door. She prays that her grandkids are protected from Razia and Tanveer's evil plans.
She accepted her loss of family 20 years ago, but she cannot accept her grandkids being subjected to it too.
Each character vows and prays for their greatest wish to be granted.
Aahil wishes to be with Sanam, is willing to change himself for her.
Rehan wishes to leave his murky childhood and origins and start afresh.
Tanveer wishes to have her riches,so she could grant her own son his greatest wish of a family.
Razia wishes Tanveer's downfall, and her return to grace.

Meanwhile, Haya and Rahat have an almost kiss, after some holding and touching, and intense eye locks. But Rahat stops himself and moves away, confusing Haya. He chides himself for letting his emotions get ahead of him, his weakling brother Faiz's voice in his head.
<Rahat, if you can remember your whiny brother's voice when this gorgeous woman whom you love, is in your arms... clearly you don't deserve her.>
Sanam's car breaks down and she scrambles to look for the proof she had dropped, while the driver fixes the car. Dilshaad spots Sunehri who's come to see what was wrong with their car...
<Okay, so Sanam speeds off in her car, while Dilshaad is left behind with Sunehri and Razia. Back to square one. Wonder why they had to do this silly piggy back ride?!>
Rehan meets with a wistful Tanveer, who pleads that his wait would be over today. He tells her to enjoy her moment, while he goes far away from all of them. He has no interest in what she has planned and he tells it clearly.
Aahil walks in on them, sternly asking where would he go, all big brother-like.<If only, Aahil. If only..> Rehan looks away sullenly, while Tanveer quickly leads Aahil away, in case Rehan decided to spill the beans.
Precap: Sanam arrives with the resolve to expose Tanveer to Aahil, and raises a knife <Huh?! Huh!?> While behind her Tanveer listens with a smile.

- Sunehri is going to gang up with Dilshaad and Razia against Tanveer.
- Sanam and the knife doesn't bode too well, unless they are trolling us again.
