Do you know how HUGE this balloon scene was? The psychological effect it has on Aahil? It is the first step to free him from all his pain. If people think that this scene is childish and boring, then all I can say is that they don't understand the beauty of it at all. (I've read comments on other sites). It was a therapy session for Aahil, even though he wasn't aware of that. It has already helped him. But, I can only guess that he got it when he was looking and crying at the same time at all the balloons he had let go far from him.

This is an actual simple method in psychotherapy of simplifying a person's problems. When the problem is festering in the mind too long, one loses focus on the big picture and perspective, the problems become bigger than it actually is.

By objectifying the problem into something you can interact with and touch, it allows the person to deal with it.

Be it writing the problem on a piece of paper and tearing it up;

burning love letters & pictures of your ex who hurt you badly;

using a punching bag with your bully's face on it;

writing into your diary;

taking out your anger on a paint canvas, splashing color;

Or simply releasing balloons into the sky with your fears written on it.

This stuff ACTUALLY works...

The problem hasn't gone away, but it has minimized into a much smaller size, one Aahil can deal with without freaking out and having panic attacks.

That hug they gave each other was so touching. Sanam wiping his tears and crying with him, my God, that was so endearing. I wanna give them a hug too.

I hope they continue where they left off today.

Totally my POV too, I also mentioned in another post, this was their confession of love, What more is needed, they both truly love each other..The entire scene was beyond beautiful, I really hope no more suffering for him. Sanam will fill the void in his life with happiness and love.. Beautiful post..

Tonight's SaHil's scenes were the best yet IMO. I thought that nothing can beat that epic force feeding scene for me, but today's SaHil scene was even better.

They are scoring goal after goal with the SaHil scenes this week. I don't wanna jinx it... *fingerscrossed* 😆

Sorry I only watched the SaHil scenes tonight, skipped everything else. :P So won't be able to comment on the rest...

Even I was skeptical of the balloon therapy, but when it played out, the myriad of emotions that were displayed on my screen has converted me into a true balloon therapy pankhi . 😆

Sanam darling, love how strong willed she is. She literally just took control of Aahil and their relationship and took the depth and strength in their relationship just a notch higher. Have to say she is by far the best female lead I have seen so far on Indian TV. IMO she is the best 4 Lions heroine so far...

She is so unselfish. So giving. She left herself like an open book with him, no shyness, no hiding, no pettiness, forgiving him easily. She understands that he just can't deal with his past, so she takes his overreactions in her stride, knowing that he will come around. I love her for that. One must have a very big heart for that.

I want so badly to see him shower her with so much love in return. Now. She deserves that much from him.😭

After watching SaHil yesterday, they are my fav and best creation from 4 Lions yet. Chemistry and all that jazz toh door ki baat, they are worth rooting for only for the strength in their relationship. How anyone can not like this couple is beyond me...

Me too. SaHil are epic. Which is why I avoid all bashing posts. No offense, they can bash and discuss openly and nitpick all they like, but I can choose not to read it. Not because they shouldn't (its their prerogative) but it upsets me coz I love them.

The way Sanam was the pillar of strength for Aahil yesterday when he became a vulnerable little boy, devoid of his rough-tough facade, how she held onto him, hugged him like he was the world to her, wiped his tears. They made me cry along with them...And the way KVB cries aww almost like a baby. He is really a top-notch actor.

Finally, a hug worthy of SaHil... They were very chaste in QH1 because of actor preferences, but hopefully they deliver the Junoon they promised this time. *Fingers and toes crossed* Hey, we need inspiration for SS/FFs okay CVs?😉

Going back a few steps...

The first few minutes were way too adorable man! Aahil is a total goner for Sanam, the way he was apologising, so earnestly . He cannot imagine his life without Sanam now, it's beyond his imagination. He also looked totally cute with his hair over his forehead! Aww! ;) Sanam took total advantage of the situation and made a condition...his cute baby reaction at that was worth watching.

This is what worries me Sonia. He loves Sanam so much I'm afraid for him. Because of Tanveer. From the looks of it yesterday, Sanam won't leave him easily, and he just won't let her. I love angst as much as you, but now I'm afraid...😭 Sounds crazy no?

Truly SJ and KVB are phenomenal. Their performance yesterday was nothing short of excellent, top notch! 👏 Take a bow you two! Your ease around each other off screen totally translates onto these stupendous and dare I say dreamy scenes that leave us wanting more and more each time...

I cannot watch male leads cry. It never melts my heart. I just don't think men cry and shed tears easy. And when other "Male Leads" do cry, I surf channels or just cringe and not look.

But boy oh boy this Hot-Mess can act and can cry. So so vulnerable Aahil looked today, I mean he is just so masculine and still when he sheds tears. Those raw emotions. Scattered all over for Sanam to see. I was simply glued, I watch a little boy shed tears striped of his mask.

How does he do that? Cry and not look awful like normal people do?? Not fair...

Very realistic though, I've seen serious grownup men cry, it's very heart breaking coz they don't get there easily. So Aahil's tears moved me, he let it all out, finally. I felt so thankful Sanam is a good hugger.

I can't get over how beautiful that scene was...

I am extremely opinionated about the Balloon therapy. I thought it was silly when it started off but it was just so so beautiful. So flawless.

I actually watched that scene a few times. The way she pulls him to her and holds him. He holds her back. Just so tender, unguarded, there was this fierce need to be in each others embrace. I loved, Loved LOVE then she wipes his tears.

When I first saw the balloons, i thought, "Oh dear, Bollywood cheese is on the menu ", then I saw what high quality cheese it was !! I'm so thankful they didn't ruin this with SBS segments. No one saw this coming...

I am surely going to watch this episode a few more times. I just can't get enough of today's SaHil.

I usually champion Sehan but Today, Rehan was just plain stupid. I would never hire him for my office. Dumb Bum Chum! But I get there is going to be some drama there, Perhaps Seher just tells him all. I have a feeling Razia will get to her. There has to be some web and some extreme twist. I can just feel it. OR may be not.

I too feel Sunehri is going to tell him the truth and leave. Rehan is too trusting, no one is that naive...

When Ahil started crying, I had tears in my eyes...Loved the way Sanam hugged Ahil and Ahil hugged her back. It was so emotional...I love that song...It is from the movie Nazayaz. KVB and SJ were superb together. Sanam knows that Ahil loves her...Loved the way Sanam convinced Ahil to try balloon therapy...I am totally impressed with Sanam today. She is best FL character I have ever seen on TV. Strong, determined and confident.

KVB and SJ were superb in this scene especially KVB. His expressions were so real while letting go the balloons. I could feel his pain. Just like the way SJ says...their chemistry is getting better in each and every scene. I am loving SaHil/SuRvir more and more every time I watch their scenes..SJ and KVB were so natural in this scene. They are just magical.

I lost count of how many times I watched this scene. It was just PERFECT.
