This thought always comes on my mind... Will Sanam ever get to know Rehsn loved her?
Seems like Rehan will never get a chance to confess to Sanam... Does this mean Sanam will never know? Or Ahil will tell how ( i don know how ) or Tanveer? 😆 what will be Sanam's reaction if she ever get to know? 😛
This just my questions.. m not saying Sanam has to reciprocate his love after knowing Rehan loved her..
Or with the tine, CV will forget Rehan ever loved Sanam? Or will show it as Crush?
Btw Is it so easy to move on from first love without even confessing?
PS... please discuss without SeHan 😆 within Rehan Sanam Ahil 😛
PPS... this week is truely Rehanlicious 😆... Another topic on Rehan 🤣

If Rehaan's feelings are ever to be known to Sanam, TRUST Gul to bring that revelation at such a point and through such a person , that at least 3-4-5 lives go for a toss.

Gul loves causing collateral damage in QH since day 1.

Yes, she will come to know...

First scenario, Aahil will tell her ...rather he has already started discussing it with Sanam as well as Rehan, one day in a moment of madness he will blurt it . Sanam will be shocked and will tell him that she was clueless and never considered him more than a friend.And an eternity and lots of misunderstandings will take place between the two conversations.

Second Scenario,

Rehan will tell her, not very likely. Maybe Rehan will think that she is Seher and confess it to her. But most like Aahil Sanam confession will take place like that.

Third Scenario,

Seher will tell Sanam, as Rehan will confess it to Seher.
