Rehan stood up for Aahil up to the point when Seher was at the cafe...she said, acting as Sanam, that it's all Aahil's fault that shes crying Bla Bla. Rehan said, what are you talking about Sanam, Aahil bhai was the one who saved Badi Ammi's life and then got critical himself! You should be thankful to him.

He indeed is the person who knows Aahil best...yes he was clouded by his own feelings for Sanam and his loyalty to Begum Sahiba, (not as his Ammi); but, right after the Nikah, he packed, wrote a farewell note, and was to leave...however, Tannu managed to get to him.

And really. Rehan was not at all happy with Aahil getting married to Nida. Not at all. He spoke at length with Tannu, his Ammi, to stop all this. He said yeh ghalat hai. And he was conflicted. He pleaded. But was told off. Reprimanded.

This was around when he was smitten by Sanam and started to fall in love with her, he feels bad that she has to face the wrath of Aahil. And Sanam unknowingly led him on! The hug the friendship...he took it wrong. He was already in love with her; beintehaan mohabbat.

Having acknowledged his feelings for her, he did the next right thing. He sought permission from her Badi Ammi. Telling her he'll confess his feelings to Sanam with her blessings.

Nikah day for Aahil. And Rehan is to confess to Sanam. Giddy and nervous he was! Big day indeed! Bought a ring he did. And shared his feelings with his Aahil bhai.

He wasn't just Rehan that day. He was Rehan in love. Selfish sure, but he couldn't see anything else. Not even Aahil. The very Aahil bhai whom he knows best.

Okay so now.

Let's deal with some other imperative point.

I mean, there's just one thing about Rehan that is not so nice; that he knows Tannu plans to take the property FOR him FROM Aahil, and he doesn't tell Aahil about this. Why!

I concede on this point.

So maybe it's loyalty towards Begum Sahiba? She took him in? Or he knows Begum Sahiba would never leave Aahil and all penniless or chase them out? Or he thinks since he wasn't gonna take anything anyway..why cause Aahil a heartache? Aahil shall continue loving her and things won't have to change?

Hmm.

Now. All other points raised, well, I happily agree to disagree.

can i tell something..i hope no one will take wrong..there is reason for suddenly a lot of posts for particular person..i think some of the forum people use this an opportunity against leads..till now they dont have any reason for this..but now they are using this.. sorry i told some not all the fans..it is only my view..

And now again coming to his character...cvs need to decide whether he will be positive or negetive or grey! I suggest grey will be better with the way they are proceeding his character.

@ Bold. Really. I never noticed it. Will go back and will watch the scene again. Thanks for pointing this out. Another weakness in Rehaan's character. I mean he could have done that in the name of humanity. But it seems that Rehaan is not bothered about Aahil anymore.

Well that's another thing that dare he done that we SaHil fans wud have killed him by pelting him with stones.😆 But still he did not once raise his voice and tell Qazi Sahab or Aahil to stop the marriage. It seems that it was only Khala who raised her voice in objection while Sanam was saying Qubool Hai. Rest were mute spectators, too much in shock and dumb-founded with surprise to react. Rehaan did go to his Ammi saying "What the hell is happening here." But as soon as Tanveer told him that she is doing for everyone's good. He went and stood there in the corner. I mean he should have gathered the courage and should have declared openly in front of everyone that he loves Sanam ans he won't let this Nikaah happen. Then Tanveer couldn't have done anything.

Even I was thinking what made him stay back after SaHil's marriage. Not that Sanam is gonna get separated from Aahil as she is slowly falling for him. But had she not fallen for him, did he expect Sanam to get out of one marriage and immediately agree for second marriage and completely forget the four months she spend being Aahil's wife??!! Is breaking and making relation so easy. Marriage no matter how fake it is. Still an institution which needs to be respected.

Let's all talk! And share opinions. I love that Rehan is one character that is open for debate! And all this lengthy discussion!

We once were this abuzz with Aahil...over the whole forced dance with Sanam! Everyone had different things to say! This is just like that! Healthy discussion on the goings on in our fav show!

Rehan is just in at the moment!

Seher was it few weeks back!

Maybe next week it'll go to yet a different character!

Yes Gayu, you are right. There are some people who think that SaHil has stolen the spotlight and still venturing the hurt over their fav. couple and not able to except SaHil and some praising Rehaan b'cos actor playing him is so cute. LOL

thanks for the reply dear..i dont have anything against rehan..in fact i m happy that he is positive ..but cant understand the over praising in the forum..i know not all some of the posts i can feel more than praising rehan it is indirectly pointing leads..and also i agree that some genuine fans also here..

I actually think you are right to a great extent and also true with regards to seher. Some see this as an opportunity to sideline the lead and with seher played by SJ it actually is already happening. Suddenly sanam is seen as not strong enough a character to deal with Tanveer and people seem to think that Ahil has very limited or no role in the revenge drama. I actually think Ahil is THE BIGGEST VICTIM of Tanveer as an individual with pretty much his WHOLE life so far ruined by her and STILL planing to do more.

Thank you so much guys for giving such a postive feedback to this post and discussing it such peaceful manner. I respect those who love Rehaan and this post was in no way to hurt you. It was merely my POV which I expressed in the post. Thank you so much for being supportive and being so mature through out the discussion. I'm very happy that everyone wrote their opinions without hurting other's feelings and when they did were not satisfied with each other's response that happily agreed to disagree. Love yu Guys for that.

Ofcourse but maybe he thought sanam will keep on hating ahil forever and may later choose him if he offers which obviously will never happen! But whatever the marriage was, he should have backed off it is completely useless to wait for a married girl who is completely clueless about your love. What if that girl falls in love with her husband...which right now is happening!
