my imagination on saahil

aahil lying on floor with his head on sanam's lap sanam continously trying to wake him up and crying. after some time aahil open his eyes this time sanam's eyes closed and tears flowing he move his hand to her cheeks wipes them and says "I LOVE YOU SANAM" unconsciously. sanam opened his eyes in shock but aahil has already passed and his hand on the floor. then faiz pick him up but sanam is shocked when she comes to senses she also runs behind him.

I hope that when aahil gains conscious, lateef tells aahil how sanam was soo worried about him n how she prayed day and night for him. Then I would love to see aahils reaction
