To me it looks the same, the colour may seem different because of lighting but the design is the same. Haya even has on the same makeup.😊 I'm almost certain this incident happens after the wedding. How/Why does it happen is another story.

then how come dilshad reached hospital...did she get up when after attacking session...not able to connect the dots...

Thats the thing 😲 why is dishad there ?

Either

- Plot twist - she wakes up😲

- some minor complications and she needed a checkup in the hospital 😕

- she felt bored, wanted to chill with the cast, and just showed up on set 😆

Knowing Dilshad, if her grandaughter is hurt, she'll find the strength to go.

But if it is AFTER the wedding, it means what I said yesterday. When Faiz was taking them to see Dilshad, Sanam really looked distraught walking beside Aahil. She probably ran out on the road.. Aahil running behind her.. A vehicle probably was going to hit Sanam. Aahil pushed her to safety.

Or on the way home they were in an argument. Aahil lost control of the car and got in an accident.
