I simply loved this chapter because Asad discovered Zoya is actually Zohura, his first love. This revelation was one which I anticipated, because he has now realized why he was drawn to "Zoya" from their first meeting.
Zoya is an amazing women, who deserves nothing but the best and absolute happiness. I am glad Asad compared the value of their lives and stated hers held more value in relation to his in the previous chapter and in this chapter stated he was partially responsible for her tormented past, thinking he would have been able to save her had his parents not lied to him.
They both were unfortunately victims of circumstances and Zoya, ultimately bore the worst of it.
Asad's recollection of the past spent together at the lake side was a light hearted element to the chapter. He planned to propose to her, that was a pleasant surprise.
They meet in the next chapter, that should be dramatic. ☺️
P.S Intense and frenzied Asad is always a captivating read.
