So was Asad.how could one lose their loved ones.

The person in pain does not feel so out of control and helpless as the loved one of that person feel.

Cause the patient is occupied fighting with the illness but the loved ones are helpless as they can't do much to help the person

Anyhow zoe realised Asad's care so she is on the right track.

I loved the ending
