Something surely happens before she says it. Maybe when she goes to give him and Nida dinner.

I think it's because these days, whatever happens between them it always ends up bringing up charged emotions. She doesn't really know what it is and can't place it. But for some reason or another one of them says something which other takes to heart and then it just becomes an emotional exchange.

And all she's left with is cursing him and reiterating in frustration and anger how much she hates him.

Sanam is in love with Aahil without her heart knowing that, she confuses the love for hate, as she has never thought about love and only thought of loving her husband after marriage, she is confused with this unrecognized feelings towards Aahil, which she very conveniently names it as hate but is truly LOVE

I think that she have feelings for him, only problem is that these days Aahil is heartbroken n he only what do ignor her, scream at her soo she cant expres feelings. If he one day start to be calm with her n ignor what he hear from Rehaan I think that Sanam would complitly fall. Do u remember when Aahil save her n take care of her how sweet she said thank you. If she dont have feelings for him why she always call him for help.

I know!!! Sadly, Aahil won't be blabbering to himself "Allah Miyaa!! What's wrong with you Sanam???" His way of dealing is different!! 😆
